The term of judicial activism is alive and well. She ruled on probability, could be, and maybe, and not on fact. The government's argument of "irreparable damage" was not proven, yet ruled on against Arizona. Further, Bolton did not consider of why Arizona passed such a law, and the "irreparable damage" caused to them because of the ineptness of the federal government. Bolton ruling also appeared to have morphed the term legal and illegal into one and the same. All Bolton's ruling did, was to embolden more illegal immigration, human trafficking, drugs, arms, prostitution, killings, and kidnappings. Her ruling also did not mention the violent drug war being waged along the Southern border, and that no doubt will spill into Arizona. Her ruling must be entirely overturned.
