ACORN Recap Video: Pictures Worth Two Weeks of News
by Mike FlynnWay back in March–long before the James and Hannah “pimp and ho’ road show”– the House Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, held a hearing where serious fraud allegations were raised against ACORN. Rep. John Conyers pressed the subcommittee Chair, Rep. Jerry Nadler, to hold hearings on the charges, calling them “serious.” Rep. Nadler demurred, but assured the public that he would hold hearings if he received “credible evidence” of fraud.
It is a sure bet that Rep. Nadler and I agree on very, very little. However, I would hope we’d agree that video footage of possible conspiracy by ACORN employees to commit tax, mortgage or immigration fraud in five different jurisdictions, on both coasts of the US, would clear just about any bar that could be imagined for “credible evidence.”

Regarding John Conyers, he was the founder of the Congressional Black Caucus, a racist, partisan, militant organization within the halls of Congress. Don't take my word for it, look it up. They know how to play the game. For Conyers, Rangle, Dingle or anyone to give even the appearance of impartiality insulting to America. They are conflicted out, and should recuse themselves from sitting on ANY committee as it pertains to ACORN. This is RACIST, and discriminating, and WE, the American public are the victims…………..

I regret to inform you, Karl Rove did nothave the power to fire judges. Mr. Obama however does have the power to not allow the Department of justice, and the FBI to not act and investigate a crime in HIS administration.

Karl Rove didn't fire the judges. The attorney general Alberto Gonzalez did. Perfectly legal dumby.
Although Rep. Nadler reassured us (the public), I'm not feeling very assured. I won't hold my breath.
Would someone just please tell me why the videos have 2005 date-stamped on them? If they're really from 2005, why did they wait so long to release? We could have a different President, if Acorn had been shut down and not allowed to create all the fraudulent votes for their own community-organizer-in-chief! I've heard no comments or Q's regarding the dates on the videos.
They never set the date from when they first bought the camera. It's the date that was on there from the manufacturer. The videos were all taken this summer.
So just who is running the Prostitution ring, Acorn or this Congress?

The first releases of the videos were designed to entrap the mainstream media in its hypocrisy and lies. if there are indeed more, one could assume there is another target or set of targets, most likely Reps. Conyers, Nadler and some Sens. as well. Corruption goes deep and wide when its taxpayer money being thrown about. Expect some names to start popping up.
But, Brother Flynn, has any legal authority brought charges against any ACORN employee that O'Keefe filmed and recorded? And if not, why not? And, Brother Flynn, what can you show that led to any act of Congress that can be traced to any act by O'Keefe?
Just on the off chance that you belief in a rule of law rather than a rule of man, wil it trouble you if O'Keefe is charged with breaking a Maryland law against recording the voices of persons without their permission?
No one will disagree with you that illegal acts by employees or officers of ACORN must be punished;
But no one can agree with you if you claim that O'Keefe found and proved corruption or crime. Neither an employee nor O'Keefe acted on any verbalized information. Well, yes, O'Keefe did.
I am in Canada and there has yet to be so much as a peep from the CBC about any of this scandal.

Assets should be frozen. I believe they have stolen from the people they were suppose to be helping and have diverted money into private holdings in real property. Tax dollars are not all the money they receive. Teachers unions and other organizations also contributed.

Don't know. Just repeating what I read on another thread. If I were guessing I'd say they probably didn't know that a date would automatically be inserted onto the recording so they never thought to check it or reset it.
