We Must Repeal The Health Care Bill!

My friends,
I am proud to introduce a bill today, that would repeal the monstrosity that passed yesterday. The bill that barely passed, can only be described as a killer bill.
It kills jobs, it kills opportunity, it kills promises that taxes wont rise, and we all know it will be a killer to the unborn. Sadly, the only bipartisan aspect of yesterday’s voting was the opposition to the legislation. Dozens of brave Democrats, stood up and voted against Pelosi’s wishes.
However, the fight is far from over.
While Sunday’s unprecedented action in the House, handed one-sixth of our nation’s economy over to the federal government, we can still save future generations of Americans from the job-crushing debt and rationed medical care prescribed in the so-called ‘Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.” That is why I’ve introduced a bill to fully repeal this fatally flawed legislation. In the coming days I will unveil a method, so each and everyone of you, can make your voices heard!

You couldn't be more correct. I notified my employees this morning that effective Dec. 31st of this year, I will no longer employ them. Some of those people have been with me for many years. Everything is relevant, and in the grand scheme of things, my contribution is miniscule to society. They do make however, a better than average income. Each employee, with base salary, my payroll taxes contribution, the health care that I provide them, and the perks and benefits, cost me a little over one hundred thousand dollars per person. I am laying off 11 people.
That is 1.1 million dollars that will be taken out of the economy.
There is NOTHING that Barrack Hussein Obama can do, to SAVE those jobs. It is over, it is done. I might be one of the first, but I won't be the last to lay off my workforce.
I will no longer be attacked, nor fight my government to survive, nor will I foot the bill for ne'er-do-wells and leeches who suck on the government teat.
George Washington fought the mentally ill King George III and his "parliament" for the very same over-confident taxation by mandate.
He tried direct communication. He tried by boycott of British goods. He tried by pleading to the business owners in England. The waves of taxes and troops just kept coming. It took violence by the British troops before the colonists woke up.
We must again fight the mentally ill King "0" and his "parliament" for their over-confident taxation by mandate. Remember at some point you will hear somebody yelling:

Sadly, Cowboy, I am contemplating the same thing. I spent all day Sunday doing paperwork to give to my accountant for my 2009 taxes while the healthcare fiasco played itself out in the background on the tv. I thought to myself, what the heck for? I am working hard just to employ others, give them full health and dental coverage, 401K and pay the fed and state employer taxes. I could simply shut down the business, fire everyone and work 1/2 the time to take home the same income for my own family. I can't figure out when the 3.8% extra payroll tax kicks in, but when it does, rest assured, I will tell anyone who is still employed by me that they just got a raise of 3.8%, it just won't be in their paycheck.

Cowboy Logic, I feel your pain! I also had to face reality and have decided to close my own construction related business, what little is left. It is truly sad and painful to let my people go. I consider them my extended family! There was not a dry eye in the room today especially my own. I will work hard to help them all find other opportunities. When I find them all a new home I vow to fight this anti-business run away big government with all of my energy and resources. America wake up, you have not begun to feel the pain that Obama's agenda shall bring upon us all!

If any of the Justices die or quit we are all screwed as BHO will more than likely appoint another of his many radicals in his circle into the Supreme Court. Don't forget folks Heller case was 5-4, if Sotomeyer was in there for that one it would have been 4-5! Repealing this bill is going to cost billions in court battles and take YEARS. Eventually it will be so embedded into our system we will hear "oh it will be very difficult to dismantle this or that" .
All of these career dirtbags need to be removed then get some new blood in there and have them write anti HC amendment that would nullify the entire thing. This bill is bad the people didn't want it yet queen pelosi and king obama think they know what's best for you. Proposing legislation to un-do what has been done may not go very far at the present. The Dems still hold a majority in both the house and senate, not to mention the president's veto pen.
Could a full push to unfund or a block on funding be possible? Until the elections of 2012 there is only a slim chance to pass and enact legislation. Once the free stuff starts flowing, the people will not want to give it up.
I do not think the "health care" bill is a bill to help Americans. I believe it was done to collaps the entire system as an action for the 'public option'.
REPEAL.

Michelle, The only way to repeal this (and the rest of the liberal agenda) is to have a veto proof Congress. I think we need 100 House seats to do it. I hate to be the one to point this out, but any such bill is a hollow gesture before the November elections at the earliest…and probably until Jan. of 2013. Such a bill has less than a snowball's chance in hell of even making it out of committee at this point in time. So, I ask you – what is the point? Wouldn't your time be better spent pursuing this in the Courts between now and November?

I'm a consultant to small businesses, and the people for whom I work are salt of the earth. They help their employees any possible way. In return, some (not many) employees have stolen from them, and the government openly says, "What's yours is mine."
The U.S. Constitutions guarantees us certain protections, that we might enjoy life, liberty and property. When Pelosi, Obama and krew take my property to give to moochers, they're actually taking a part of my life.

While Bachmann becomes more isolated in Congress for her pointless maneuvers and loony talk, the rest of us living in reality will celebrate creating opportunities for people to access health care for themselves and their families. How many laws have ever been repealed? We can't even get Congress to fix the CPSIA and other "minor" laws that have major flaws. Waxman and Pelosi and maybe even Dingell have to be gone first. I hope and pray for CA citizens to revolt against all their progressive politicians and vote them out. I have less hope for New England but then again, Brown was elected to replace Kennedy.

On the otherhand, i want the government to have as much say in how i die as anyone else – none. So while i want to be kept alive for as long as possible, i believe someone of sound mind can chose to end their life if they so wish.
At least you have a chance to recoup part of your "investment" if you start right now. Most of us will never see a dime of what was stolen from us. Instead of getting my money back, I'll be offered chains. I can promise them this much…it will not turn out the way they expect it to.
