The mainstream – with a few exceptions like John Stossel – are ignoring the story of the one of the biggest frauds in U.S. history because it doesn’t fit their narrative. The good guys are the real farmers who faced discrimination at the hands of the UsDA and the people, mostly conservative at this point, trying to bring their story to light. The bad guys are the trial lawyers, politicians, race hustlers and those inside the USDA who profit by lying to the public about how the Pigford settlement is a ‘victory’ for black farmers.
In this video, we introduce you to Lucious Abrams, a Georgia farmer who was one of the seven original claimants. Abrams has spent years working for justice only to be betrayed by people like the Congressional Black Caucus. Now Lucious is speaking out and speaking truth to the power structure that doesn’t speak for him.
When a group like Color of Change wants to silence investigation into Pigford, it’s farmers like Lucious Abrams they are silencing.
When liberals on sites like DailyKos try to bully Rep. Steve King and Rep. Michele Bachmann with charges of racism, it’s really farmers like Lucious Abrams they are bullying.
When supposed advocates for black farmers like John Boyd ignore the plight of real black farmers and keep the Pigford fraud going, it’s famers like Lucious Abrams they ignore.

As long as the corruption on the federal level and complicity on the local levels exists, how are "we" going to stop this? I think we all 'get the picture' here. What remains is a plan of attack and I'm not seeing any real, concrete suggestions. How do you stop a runaway freight train? The money is spent (for the most part) and those who've taken part illegally are not going to give it back, willingly. What's the solution, if there is one??? Am I missing something here???
The good guys are the taxpayers bent over by a department unjustly allocating dollars in the first place. Equal protection under the law demands that if government hand out dollars to one, it hand them out to all. All expenditures are to benefit everyone, not just a select few. No law is to benefit just one or just a few. Law is for all and appropriations are a matter of legislative law. That the legislature delegates away on the spot appropriations via departments is unjust in and of itself, for the Congress not have the authority to delegate away authority assigned to it by the Constitution itself.
Yes, it is a serious problem that some farmers were discriminated against. I hold no disagreement there. But the real problem here is not that some farmers got grants and loans, that is a symptom, not the disease.
The real problem is that the USDA is doling out taxpayers' money, is redistributing the wealth, in the first place. That is where the bullying starts, and dealing with that base cause of it all is where true resolution is found.
Do you ever wonder why all of us even bother to pay our taxes? I mean think of it. If we paid money to a company for a service, say an investment, then they stole our money and gave it to someone else, and when it was our turn to get the benefit of our investment they said stick it. Would we be upset?
How do they get away with this as they simultaneously prosecute citizens for doing the exact same thing?
And when the hammer of the "revolutionary left" finally falls on you for covering this story, will you finally admit that the "liberal left" in this country has been hijacked by hate groups?
Lee, they've already launched their attack on Andrew. Do you really think they haven't painted their target on you?
This situation highlights the worst of two extremes in America. Mr. Abrams and the other original claimants did experience discrimination at the hands of the USDA. The discrimination was based on their race. America is wonderful, but it is not perfect. Discrimination does happen, but no where near as frequently as it did in the past. Today, we have multiple avenues of redress for individuals who have experienced discrimination.
Unfortunately there is almost an industry made of of politicians, attorneys, journalists and activists who live very well by exploiting actual or contrived cases of discrimination. When these vermin smell a case any real victims will be lost in the dust of the stampede of opportunistic race baiting charlatans as they scramble for the notoriety and the free money.
Who gets hurt by this? The answer is everyone except the charlatans. The original victims are lost or receive only a portion of what would be fair compensation, the American taxpayers have an even larger bill to repay and the image of America as a fair nation is tarnished.
When will America wake up and realize that any group of elected government officials that go by the name of the Black Congressional Caucus, the White Congressional Caucus or the Purple Congressional Caucus need to be impeached. The purpose of the Black Congressional Caucus was to maximize their voting power and effectiveness for the betterment of black Americans. Unfortunately that lofty goal did nothing to help Mr. Abrams.
One of the biggest conspiracies against the American people ever and probably the biggest act of corruption from a U.S. president ever.
I'm pleased to see Trump take up the birth certificate issue. Twenty years from now, it will be interesting to see exactly what is found out about this man.

That will depend entirely on who's still alive to write the history books.
Unfortunately for Mr Abrams the attacks from the left against him will be equivalent to the lynchings of the 1950s and 1960s, just as the radical left has always done to anyone that challenges their power.
I sincerely urge Mr Abrams to dramatically increase his personal security measures.
The radical left sees him as an enemy and a "legitimate target" now and they view violence as an acceptable measure to silence those who disagree with them or cause them embarrassment.

Just as Stephen Lerner is asking for some folks to stop paying their mortgage, maybe the American people can get together and hold a sit in on their taxes. Everyone claim 'Exempt' on their U4, and still pay the state taxes, hold your Federal Tax obligations in escrow and force Washington to sit at the table to negotiate.
All withholding is, is an interest free loan to the government and either, based on your income, deductions, etc. they say in April you loaned us too much so here is some back or you didn't loan us enough so pay us more. If SEIU and the thugocracy that is the Obama Administration wants to play games we should play them back, but take it up a notch.
We would not be saying "We will not pay our taxes" however we would be saying this needs to change and the American people are the government and we highly suggest you sit down, be real and understand the stakes.
This country folds as soon as we all figure that out. Also, if everyone stops paying their mortgage we would get the same result.
I am convinced the only way we can affect change is where our dollars (while they still have some value) end up going.

Some of his quotes: "White males don't need any help", "If you're white you'll do okay", and other racist remarks. We need more honest people like Lucious Abrams, who do have a legitimate claim, and less SLEAZY RACE-BAITING lawyers like pires. I don't hear many howls of outrage from the newly elected Tea Party backed congress. Admittedly, they have a lot on their plates right now but, this train will be past real soon and, like you say, they ain't givin' the money back. Exactly right, Ex! Though it's against a private company, just look at the case of "discrimination" being filed by 6 women, now a class action, against WalMart. This country is now driven by ads placed by lawyers and drug companies trying to sell drugs that the lawyers will then sue them over. We have definately lost our way when handouts whether generated by lawyers or the government (unsurprisingly, made up of mostly lawyers) becomes the main form of currency!

Nick, I don't believe there is a 'solution' at this point. It seems the best we might do is prosecute as many of these fraudsters as possible, as quickly as possible, to the fullest extent possible in an effort to set an example of what will happen to the perps if this fraud continues. If only we could bring charges en masse…a reverse of the 'class action' procedure. Then maybe it would stop the train.

The Pigford case as everyone knows is nothing more than reparations for as many Black Farmers[sic] as they could cram into this bogus settlement. There were a small number of of real Farmers who deserved the settlement but they got lost in the haze of class action attorneys that urged their clients to lie. Growing a flower in a pot does not a farmer make. If this debacle is ever truly investigated a lot of these so called black farmers will be in serious trouble of listening to these legal vultures and may be guilty of perjury. I would wager a bet that most of these Attorneys are probably of a lighter hue (white) than the farmers…
I think what needs to happen is that the original claimants need to get together and speak as one voice. Yep, I'll say it……….they need to organize. Get that one voice to speak before Congress, together…….in front of the members of the Black Caucus and the Democrats. Then, let's see if these crooks will call them liars; let's see if the left stream media will call them liars. It will be much harder for the media to totally ignore it this way…………but they'll try.

The only problem with that Sis, is that I'm sure the bulk of the original claimants, ..ahhh, cough..Sherrod…are happy as pigs in …ummm..Pigford, with their settlement. You might get a couple with some backbone and character, as Lee has found but, rounding them up to testify? Remember, they probably have neighbors that have partaken of the largess that don't want the applecart upset. (Kinda' like Mooslims and cartoonists)
I meant just the seven original claimants. They probably feel they are too insignificant and too few in number to get anywhere. But, with backing of some congressmen, journalist (Stranahan), Attorneys General, watch groups, they may join together. The MSM will never give them national attention and they need that. African Americans will stand with them before they will the Congressional Black Caucus or Sherrod or even Obama…….I'm sure of it. As for me, I have used up all of my "Let's feel sorry for the poor negro" sentiment. What you are witnessing in the White House is the complete lack of integrity that is the norm in Africa, especially Kenya.
If you are on welfare, you shouldn't be able to vote. I think this policy would greatly reduce the purchased vote. Americans cannot continue to support the welfare state because we have so much fraud in the system now that it is literally breaking the bank.
I think claiming exempt is a great idea. I would like to know more about this. Any suggestions on where to get more information? This is the tea party revolt that is needed, along with the vote, of course.
