Did Congressman Sanford Bishop (D-GA) Want Pigford Fraud Coverup?

Because of the holidays and then the tragic shooting in Tuscon, I wanted to hold off on releasing details about some of the major news that we’re been able to uncover — but at the risk of creating PiggieFatigue, here’s part one of a serious allegation that a U.S. Congressman knowingly was complicit in covering up fraud.
In this bombshell video clip, Georgia farmer Eddie Slaughter alleges that he told his congressman, Congressional Black Caucus member Sanford Bishop, about fraud in Pigford on multiple occasions and that Bishop responded that Slaughter should be quiet because “they’ll shut this thing down.”
This isn’t an isolated incident with Congressman Bishop.
Late last year, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported that Rep. Bishop had awarded college scholarships, intended for needy kids, to members of his own family:
Records from the group show that Bishop, a nine-term congressman who is active in the Congressional Black Caucus and who’s up for re-election this year, apparently awarded scholarships to his stepdaughter and his niece in 2003 and 2005.
The paper also reported that Rep. Bishop directed an earmark to a company where his stepdaughter worked:
Last year, he was accused of steering funds he had secured as “earmarks” as a member of the House Appropriations Committee to a Muscogee County youth group that employed stepdaughter Aayesha Owens Reese and her husband, Stephen Reese.
Bishop said at the time that he had no idea his stepdaughter worked for the Muscogee County Junior Marshal program, and that when he did learn about it, he immediately directed her to quit her job. At the time, Owens Reese also was apparently working for the Fulton County district attorney’s office.
I’ve contacted Congressman Bishop’s office with an interview request and plan to get a response when I’m in Washington in the next few weeks.

Please don't worry about the "Piggy Fatigue" thing. When this whole issue gets in front of a House investigative panel, we'll all be glad we know the background.
Besides that, it's good to know that it's not just the fraudulent "farmers" and corrupt lawyers that will have our attention, but also every political figure that helped to perpetuate this fraud. (barack obama included)
Of course Bishop wanted it covered up, just like any criminal wants the crimes they commit to go unnoticed. It's about time that these greedy, power hungry, corrupt politicians start doing some hard time in America's prison system, and not the country club minimum security prisons. GITMO would be a great place to house corrupt elected officials.

Now if some conservative talk show host reveals more of this on their show, they'll be labeled a racist. Fact is wrong is wrong no matter what color it comes in right charlie? maxine? bishop? sharpton? jackson? naacp? There should be JAIL TIME for these corrupt race baiting buffoons!
Not criticizing here or anything but these stories together with a 6 pack of beer will get me a buzz. Nothing will come of it.
It's 100% racial politics. The CBC would happily destroy the entire country provided:
1) It hurt some white people.

2) They retain their own personal power.
85% of America has learned to judge a man by the content of his character. People like Sanford Bishop should not just listen to the speeches of Dr. King but perhaps research what his words mean.

I live in Albany, Georgia. Unfortunately Bishop is my "representative". His corruption is nothing new to us here in south Georgia. But he is close, personal friends with Shirley & Charles Sherrod, so we're very familiar with their corruption.
Charles Sherrod was a city councilman here in Albany for about 15 years. Charles & his partner in crime Arthur Willaims scammed the city of Albany out of possibly millions of dollars. To this day if you mention any of them in conversation, you will see looks of disgust on all faces.
With God's help, and a Republican Governor and state senate, maybe this year the citizens of Albany, Georgia will finally be rid of Bishop what with redistricting coming up this year.
We almost got rid of him in the last election. We can't let him keep the office. He will be the end of Albany, Georgia if we can't stop him.
This unmasking of the truth is going to rock our country. The truth will be known and the guilty bought to justice.
If this is not done it will drive a stake into the heart of race relations

Bishop is not the only member of the BC to use its position and influence to award scholarships. There's some real nepotism going on there.

If they start jailing these bastards instead of just reprimanding them, maybe the corruption will stop! Why should the American taxpayers have to put up with this blatent thievery? We shouldn't and I'm tired of beiing robbed by my own government!

Clearly, no one is going to pick up on this story until Stranahan/Breitbart actually start naming some of these $50k fraudsters who deserve to be prosecuted.

Everyone should be in an uproar because next time a minority group claims a legitimate injustice, the American public will tend to dismiss it citing the supposed "injustices" against black farmers also know as PIG FRAUD!
