		<description>It needs to made law that the only spending allowed in any bill before Congress can only be directly related to the subject of the bill. That would get rid of the majority of the wasteful pork spending. If it is not important enough to presented in an open way before our Congressmen and the one who desires the pork feels the need to bury or hide in unrelated legislation, then we don&#039;t need to be funding it. Fiscal responsibility is the cry for November elections! </description>
