Senate Dems and al Qaeda Agree: World Trade Center Represents American Greed
by Kyle OlsonIt seems the Democrats have the art of poor taste down to a science. Who else would think to use an image of the World Trade Center, destroyed by terrorists in 2001 because the towers were a symbol of American greed, to attack a Republican candidate over Wall Street “greed?”
According to Politico, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee ran an ad against Republican Scott Brown, accusing him of opposing a “plan to crack down on greed and corruption.”
Just when I think the Democrats can’t stoop any lower to retain the seat of the former champion of socialized medicine, they sink to using the tragedy of the World Trade Center. But not in a way to say that Martha Coakley will stand up to terrorists - oh no, instead its used to exemplify what they see as the worst of America.
It goes to show even with being in power, the Democratic Party is bankrupt of ideas to help America. After all, why wouldn’t Martha Coakley run on Ted Kennedy’s legacy of enacting socialized medicine? Perhaps because even the voter of Massachusetts don’t want it?<
Or why doesn’t she run on the “success” of the stimulus or even propose a second stimulus? Perhaps even the voters of the bluest state in America see it’s a sham?
As the Democrats, SEIU and others on the left get more desperate, their tactics and arguments get more pathetic. Regardless of what happens in Tuesday’s election, they’ve already lost.

Well, you can't spell "disgusting" without a D. A capital D, as in Democrat.
That Coakley is even remotely in trouble is remarkable. Ironically, it was probably Romney's failed attempt at "socialized medicine light" that is helping Scott Brown the most. If not for that debacle, Massachusetts voters would be much more supportive of ObamaCare and Coakley could run on that issue along and easily win. But experience has even voters in this deep blue state balking.
I keep wanting to ask these Democrats who are jumping ship, calling Coakley a "terrible candidate": If she's such a terrible candidate, what makes you think she can be a good senator? Still waiting for answer …
I guess "If you build it they will come" should be the new Democratic slogan. That explains Obama and company constantly tearing down America – to keep us safe.

Since when is it even government's job to crack down on greed? Greed is a motivation, not an act! It's typical liberal symbolism over substance. If Rush Limbaugh says Negro, it's racism, but if Harry Reid says it, it's not. Why? because we "know" Harry Reid isn't a racist. Same word, totally different result because it's "why" he said it, not what he actually said.
We already have "hate" crimes, so I guess "greed" crimes are next? They're going after trans fats and sugar and all that, so I guess "gluttony" crimes will come soon too.

Coakley was a half a**ed attorney general at best. Exactly what does she have to offer as senator besides more of the same? I haven't heard her take a stand on any issue of substance that matters to the people of Mass. Her campaign call seems to be; "Pick me because..umm..wellll..ummm..he sucks"

So, what Cockley is essentially saying is that she supports lack of freedom and Obama is going to campaign for this woman? Cockley must lose this race and the rest of Congress should too.

However, with labor unions and issues being a pet project of mine. I'd like to take a minute to "flip my coin" and look at the other side. I despise -most- labor unions. Labor Union members however, are not commonly found to be anything more sinister than plain folks trying to make their way. Most of the time they'll tell you themselves, the union was there when they arrived and if they wanted to work they have to join the union, period. All fifty states should be right to work states, that alone will go miles and miles to clear this crap up.

No, the CIA didn't CREATE AQ. Indeed, AQ was a small group of Islamist volunteers fighting the Soviets in Afghanistan before the CIA ever knew they existed. The CIA just armed and trained them. The ISI holds most of the credit for creating them, inasmuch as they COULD be created.
