The only way that labor unions would give up their employer sponsored healthcare is if they were getting something in return – like card check.
If unions are taking themselves out of getting the employees that they represent good benefits, like healthcare, they really have little use to employees. However, if they get card check, it will turn out just like Acorn with voter fraud. I don't think that "would be" members are able to verify whether or not they filled out a card and they aren't given a list of who signed a card.

SEIU and ACORN are up to their eyeballs trying to push for this healthcare package. It's no wonder….unions are going broke with the ponzi scheme benefit and retirment packages they made and need national healthcare to prop them up.
As in union jobs that this healthcare package would provide? Not to mention the financial relief of their own broken healthcare ponzi scheme?
This administration plans on unionizing doctors and nurses. Can you imagine if they went on strike? The Dims also plan on giving a blanket amnesty to illegals so that they may partake of the goodies, while our premiums go up to support all those who can't afford healthcare.
Fauxbama says that our taxes won't go up? Obama, YOU LIE!! Not only will we pay for those who can't, but we'll be paying all the taxes being doled out to insurance companies and medical device companies, who will be passing on their increases to us. All for the crappy care they are trying to foist upon us.
I forgot to mention. We'll also be paying for the free healthcare of government workers, many of whom will be hired to do the paperwork for this nightmarish plan. In Britain, they can't even change the system (which they know is bad) because too many gov't. workers will become unemployed and there are many more of them than there are doctors in the British system. Plan on that happening here as well.

The truth is, Unions never really cared about their members! haven't you ever heard of so-called "SWEETHEART DEALS"? These were well known about as far back as at least the 1930s. The Union bosses got power and money under the table and the employees/union membership got nothing.

If we get screwed in a delicate place with this hideous destruction of our medical system. I'll donate my yearly "allotment" to Wade Rathke and Big Old Bertha…Rathke is a seriously ugly guy who nauseates me every time I see his face on TV,and Bertha the whale needs some serious bariatric and brain surgery. In reality,I honestly believe the pure Anti-American,communist elitist attitude of Wade is truly reflected in that fugly face of his.
when you look over the financial statements from the Teachers Union, SEIU, ACORN, AFLCIO, etc etc ….you quickly learn that most top union bosses make more in salaries and perks than 400,000 per year…..and they spend multi millions of union member dues on politics and lobbying in DC……
why do the 12 million union members stand for this raping they are taking????
all the cumulatively collected union dues are about spent on overhead and lobbying….not for the benefit of the union members, especially for their future needs, pensions and healthcare…..that's why the union bosses want the american taxpayers to pick up the tab for healthcare and eventually, their pension plans…….they will soon be going broke without subsidies….the word.
This guy and Acorn and unionized govt. burreaucrats make unions look bad, sometimes workers need to unite for the ultimate benefit of the consumer. Sometimes owners and mgmt. screw up to the detriment of the consumer being served and they will pay the price in the free market, thats on them.
I definetly have issues with unionized public employees aka burreaucrats, our elected representatives couldnt resist passing legislation allowing it, the political class takes care of their own, how courageous eh Obama
Please tell SEIU employees to drop their memberships. Even if they still have to pay association fees. These people are not looking out for your best interests as a employee. At first they are “hard on the employer” if they are voted in. Then once they get in-they work with the employer against the employees. They just want your hard earned money. Occasionally you’ll get a meeting(whoopie-dee-do) from some loud mouthed SEIU personnel. Not too mention the fact-they are “legal thugs.”
The Coming Civil War
America is much divided on whether individual or community interests are most important. One side says people's interests are harmonious with their neighbors in community. It’s a simple premise and the base of the American political system, as expressed by the 19th century Democrats (see THE CHANGING FACE OF DEMOCRATS on Amazon books and http://www.claysamerica.com). Men labor, exchange, learn, band together, act, and react upon one another, and in this way, there can result from their free and intelligent activity, order, harmony, progress, prosperity and all things that are good and better. Just observing the free market and the prosperity of America proves this premise. Many, on the other side, believe men's interests, left to their own devices, will never combine harmoniously. They believe those interests, allowed to develop freely, lead mankind to injustice, inequality and poverty, simply because of the ugly and sinful nature of men. Therefore, they must oppose that simple premise. They must destroy American society as it is now because it grew from the sinful nature of man.
