Ohio College Democrats Implicated in Vote Bounty Scheme
by James RichardsonEmbattled Athens County, Ohio Democratic Chairwoman Susan Gwinn was indicted Monday on two counts of election-related bribery, special prosecutors announced today.
Gwinn, who last month was charged with six felonies for campaign finance crimes and money-laundering, became the subject of a voter fraud investigation after an email from College Democrats Vice President Kellie Galan surfaced in which students were promised a cash bounty for every voter brought to the polls.
“Remember, if you bring a friend from 4th ward they are more then [sic] a friend, they’re 5 bucks!” Galan wrote to fellow College Democrats in the email.
Athens’ 4th Ward featured a hotly contested city council race between College Democrat-endorsed incumbent Christine Fahl and Republican challenger Randy Morris. Fahl defeated Morris by a slim 30 vote margin.
Athens GOP County Chair Pete Couladis demanded an investigation after news of the email broke, telling reporters “maybe the College Democrats received a stimulus check to help get people to vote.”
“If money was being paid or offered by the College Democrats to college students or anyone else to vote, this is a serious violation of Ohio’s elections laws,” said Couladis.
Athens County Prosecutor Dave Warren, a Democrat, said at the time the investigation was launched, “I think it smells like the Democrats are trying to buy an election.”
The evidence overwhelmingly suggests as much, and also suggests College Democrats played a central role in this crime.
According to Ohio’s bribery statutes concerning voting, “advance, pay, or cause to be paid or procure or offer to procure money or other valuable thing to or for the use of another, with the intent that it be part thereof shall be used to induce such person to vote or refrain from voting” is illegal.
Presently, no members of the College Democrats have been indicted in the vote bounty scheme, likely attributable to the logistical and public relations nightmare in trying dozens of co-eds with voter fraud.

Barney said it all, except this is on a small local scale, unlike what happened in the 08 election. I suspect millions of votes were cast illegally or bought by the national democrat party/ACORN, one and the same, organized criminals who make the mafia look like cub scouts. As the polls keep sinking for oBOWma — the left leaners are going to start getting more desparate. They are going to have to outdo their 2008, 2006, 2004 et al voter/ballot schemes to try and make sure they have enough "I forgot these ballots were in the trunk" votes.
How do we overcome —
1) let's try and get states to force people to show some state issued ID at polls — won't be easy but can be done with lots of voices demanding the same thing.
2) get out to the polls like never before SO THEY WILL HAVE TO STEAL SO MANY VOTES THEIR EFFORTS WILL BE A JOKE
3) volunteer with the League of Voters to help out with elections
4) DEMAND OUR TROOPS' VOTES START BEING COUNTED
5) Offer rewards for whistleblowers (upon conviction of those stealing elections) similar to Crimestoppers. . .sooner or later the Holders/Lefty DAs will no longer be in office and the rule of law will return.
ENOUGH — LEFTIES — ENOUGH OF YOU STEALING OUR REPUBLIC!

It has happened in the past, heavily in the South, this is not a one party thing but the audacity that has been shown recently is dumbfounding. The Dems have not really tried to hide their actions & yet none of our legal system seems to care anything about it, even in conservative states.

Anyone caught doing voter fraud should be required to spend time behind bars(a felony). Felons do NOT have the right to vote in this country.
As I have reiterated on several of my POSTS-PLEASE get out and be VERBAL with complete strangers about what really is happening in our WHITEHOUSE! I know I sound like a "broken record," but people are totally unaware as to where to look for the right information. They know things arn't RIGHT, and just need someone/anyone to POINT them in the right direction. I gain tonite, while I was in town-made a point of speaking to OVER 10 people about what's going. Most were completely unaware and WELCOMED the information. IGNORANCE is NOT BLISS! KNOWLEDGE gives you the POWER to make the RIGHT DECISION come 2010&2012 ELECTIONS. They are not getting ANY information from mainstream media-AND that's where WE NEED to step up and step out into the PUBLIC DAILY!

Noboby but Democrats and ACORN would corrupt college kids in order to squeeze a few illegal votes. As a parent, this is despicable.
I have been an election judge in Ohio for over 10 years. Ohio has a very good system of election laws in place. The problem is that the laws are not adhered to and the left knows how to get around them. If you live in Ohio, please, please go to your county election board and sign up so that there are the legal number of election judges at the polls every election. There are supposed to be an equal number of each party all the way down the line observing each other and making sure the laws are followed. We sign a pledge with threat of prosecution if we don't uphold the laws but if there is no one there to challenge another judge, they get away with breaking the laws. I have also heard of judges being bullied into not following procedure so you have to be armed with a sense of purpose and be willing to stand up for yourself and your country. Please, get out there and be part of the solution! Don't let this country be hijacked.
SEIU, ACORN and the Andy Stern Healthcare connection: Is it to harvest nursing home votes!
Just speculating here but it occurred to me that recently ACORN workers were spotted leaving a nursing home in NJ with voter registration cards back in September or October I believe. So I kept thinking about that and the closeness of NY 23 and it occurred to me: just how many Alzheimer and comatose patients in nursing or home care voted in the last election? Did their family know about the voting? Is it enough to tilt a race? Could this be a “get out the vote harvesting source?”
Is it possible that registration, absentee ballots requests, and ballot returned by mail are going into the system from incapacitated patients through a dubious source? Could this be orchestrated by “SEIU union health care workers” and ACRON? It certainly isn’t outside of the scope of what ACRON has done before to manufacture votes! How can this be checked out? What about finger prints on the ballot?
Could this be part of the reason Andy is so important to the White House? Can he harvest a couple of million votes in key districts? Can they affect the outcome of the 2010 mid-terms?
As the population ages more votes become available to harvest!
I guess if the graveyards are good enough places to get votes, then why would they have any qualms about "muscling" a breathing but comatose or dementia patient? These people have no scruples, puhleeeze.

She producded almost 400,000 fraudulant votes. She wanted more then 200,000 votes because GWB won Ohio with 200,000 votes running for Pres.against Al Gore. The rumor was that Stickland deliver Ohio to Obama that he would get a job in the white house. Then Stickland, turns aroud and gives Brunner a citation for running the most ethical voting process in Ohio…what a joke..and I am not the only person who knows this..and one more reason why people say Obama really was not elected by the people..but by fraudulant voting.
