In regards to the census, each party should have equal numbers of volunteers/paid workers to insure honesty and impartiality. Every supervisory position should be teams of two. Every door-to-door census worker should be in teams of two. Every Democrat should be partnered with a Republican or Independant. This should be mandatory, under U.S. Census regulations starting with 2010. All should be citizens of the U.S. and be able to prove that as well as party affiliation under penalty of perjury and fraud.

These people had the exact same response to the same situation, which was to advise on how to cover up illegalities and evade taxes and to not question or report on illegal activities that walked through their front door. To all who are wondering whether there are more videos to come we might get a clue if reports start to surface of other preemptive resignations or firings at other ACORN offices. My wife did some tax preparation a few years back and agrees with me that this was not the first time that the Baltimore lady had explained tax scams to a client. Tanja knew all about Schedule C, 1099s, and SIC codes. ACORN does a ton of supposedly free taxt prep for low income via contracts wit hcity and state govs. She also said that she was not allowed to give tax advise, just help fill out the form.

One other note: if the ladies in Baltimore had gone through with the paper scam and had gotten the hooker the house, ACORN would have gotten a commission paid with gov funds.

I'm sorry if someone else has mentioned this, but in both MD and DC you can hear children in the background. How many generations have grown up and will grow up hearing this corruption?

My first impression is why so helpful? What is their motivation? Just proccesing a loan wouldn"t warrant this amount of cooperation. I think perhaps they plan on forwarding this information to their superiors so that they can return to this "enterprise" in the future to demand their cut of the action for protection. The Acorn worker would no doubt recieve a modest bonus.

They said these two went to other ACORN offices and didn't get the same type of response as they did from the office in Baltimore, but I see that they did get the same response at the DC office. That being said, James O' Keefe is under suspicion, too. Not just in the timing of this exposure, but in intent and the valued outcome. Remember, this clever piece of journalism is going to result in many poor families losing the efforts and assistance of an organization set up, chiefly, to assist them gain affordable and safe housing. When James O' Keefe dies, Jesus will ask James to explain why he believed making this point was more important than the welfare of thousands of people who will now be impacted by this scandal. I'm sure the answer won't be judgmental but it will be a question. It will be a question because according to all the Christian doctrine I've ever read, Jesus would probably have preferred the thousands of poor people being helped versus scored against in a political point. James O' Keefe made a decision to override those goals, and will be asked to defend his decision.

So James, you're looking at your creator and his Son who you already know favors sacrifice for the poor. Your answer will test and define integrity of this operation which is otherwise totally open and fair to critique and possibly even praise. What is your answer?

The two young people who put their convictions on the line are true American heros. We should all take a lesson from them. This goes all the way up to Mr. O's office. Keep the trail going up to his office and lets crush him and his team.

Jon, you had a great turnnout at DC. Wish I could have been there. It is time we take our country back. The country we have now is not the country I want to leave for my grandchildren. They are crooked, racist thieves.

Let me start off by saying I think it is great what these two have done to expose Acorn. It will would be a real shame if either of them were prosecuted in their efforts to bring this information to the public's eye. But I do believe that in the interest of fairness O'Keefe should release all videos. Let's face it, if even 20% of the offices were willing to help the pimp and ho traffic children and defraud tax payers, that is too many. Obviously our government should be investigating this organization as well. So far in interviews, O'Keefe has ducked and dodged questions on other tapes and other offices and has been coming across as more of a radical then someone who can be honest and forthcoming with the public. As I said before. I commend him on what he has done, but his Michael Moore behavior so far has left me a bit unimpressed with him and his character. Conservatives(which I'm not) don't need their own version of Michael Moore as Moore only likes to tell half the story. I hope O'Keefe quickly learns to be above such nonsense. He will be of far greater value that way.

If ACORN district office employees are doing illegal activity, or assisting its customers in committing crimes (which your videos clearly are proof of) those employees should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. However, that being said, you don’t throw the baby out with the dirty bath water. Just like you wouldn’t expect the government to close down all or any Catholic churches because some of the priests have molested children, but rather prosecute the offenders. The church stays open and goes on with its business.

The problem with your story isn’t you providing proof of some bad apples in the ACORN organization, I say root them all out that’s a good thing! The problem is you don’t like what ACORN stands for and you have an agenda that’s politically motivated. You want the whole organization shut down because of some bad apples. I noticed you two conveniently covered up the date stamp that was located on the bottom left hand side of the videos with an ACORN stamp. I have seen the videos without the conveniently placed ACORN stamp, which was filmed at a much earlier time then you represent it to be. I also noticed you waited till you thought it was the right political moment before you took it to FOX news, the most racist and politically bias network on the air.

The reason you’re angry with CNN is because you couldn’t get them to spread your racial and politically motivated propaganda. The reason I call it propaganda is because you deliberately tampered with the date on the tapes in order to mislead the public and promote your agenda. Something that could have been a great story with you two getting all the credit is instead reduced to nothing more then misleading political activism. What a shame.

By the way, here is the proof of the racism among the Republican extremist movement:

(1.)I have visited the “About Us” section on many of the popular Republican / Conservative websites, looking at the pictures of the Board of Directors and staff. What I have found is that on 99.9% of all websites they are all white.
(2.)Republicans main so called news network FOX, all news anchors are white.
(3.)Every member of the Republican Senate in Washington is you guest it, white.
(4.)I watched the 9/12/09 “Tax Payer March on Washington” that was promoted by the Conservative organization Freedom Works. All I could see was white people, a sea of angry white people. Out of the estimated hundreds of thousands of people in attendance, the only African Americans in attendance were two motivational speakers, two singers, and one black lady whom out of all the sea of people in attendance just so happened to be conveniently standing in front of the crowd close to the stage and cams.

I’ve been wondering when these were done since I saw that the date code was not from this year or last, when there was a date code rather than an inserted ACORN logo, during the airing on the Glenn Beck show Friday 9/11.

A few questions, why not keep the date code if it is accurate, and why place an ACORN logo in there? When was this done? If the date code that was initially visible is accurate, was this fraud reported to any authorities at the time it was filmed? If not, why not? Was the release the week ending 9/12 done to enhance and with synergy associated with the 9/12 march/gathering?

BTW, speaking of 9/12. That has to be the most awful perversion of the coming together in shock, sadness and common mourning. 9/12/01 was a point where we realized the sober reality of what happened and realized our vulnerability. It was a point at which the whole world mourned the loss of innocents, and citizens of many countries. It was a point where difference matter much less.
