Woman Accused of E-mail Death Threats Charged, Not Arrested, Media Silent

26 year-old Katherine R. Windels has been charged for sending emails containing bomb threats and death threats to Wisconsin state senators during the budget battles last month.
According to the Milwauakee Journal Sentinel:
Windels was charged with two felony counts “bomb scare” and two misdemeanor counts of “computer message-threatening injury/bodily harm.” If convicted, each felony count carries a maximum penalty of three years and six months in prison and a $10,000 fine, and each misdemeanor count carries a maximum penalty of 90 days in prison and a $1,000 fine.
Windels was never arrested, but released on her own recognizance. This is surprising, since it now comes to light that she was investigated last year for similar activity. It is not known what she wrote exactly, as police redacted all content of the emails, but an acquaintance, Lisa Patterson, who received the e-mails, felt compelled to take them to the police. The police merely told Windels to cease contact with Patterson.
In this latest caper meanwhile, Windels used the alias “Lisa Patterson.” Vindictiveness perhaps?
Liberty Chick reported at BigGovernment Friday that the Mackinaw Center recently received similar threats from a female caller. Could this be the same person again?
Windels’ e-mails got a lot of play when they first appeared. They were particularly vicious. Here is the complete text of one:

I hope you have a good time in hell. Read below for more information on possible scenarios in which you will die.
WE want to make this perfectly clear. Because of your actions today and in the past couple of weeks I and the group of people that are working with me have decided that we’ve had enough. We feel that you and the people that support the dictator have to die. We have tried many other ways of dealing with your corruption but you have taken things too far and we will not stand for it any longer. So, this is how it’s going to happen: I as well as many others know where you and your family live, it’s a matter of public records.
We have all planned to assult you by arriving at your house and putting a nice little bullet in your head. However, we decided that we wouldn’t leave it there. We also have decided that this may not be enough to send the message to you since you are so “high” on Koch and have decided that you are now going to single handedly make this a dictatorship instead of a demorcratic process. So we have also built several bombs that we have placed in various locations around the areas in which we know that you frequent.
This includes, your house, your car, the state capitol, and well I won’t tell you all of them because that’s just no fun. Since we know that you are not smart enough to figure out why this is happening to you we have decided to make it perfectly clear to you. If you and your goonies feel that it’s necessary to strip the rights of 300,000 people and ruin their lives, making them unable to feed, clothe, and provide the necessities to their families and themselves then We Will “get rid of” (in which I mean kill) you.
Please understand that this does not include the heroic Rep. Senator that risked everything to go aganist what you and your goonies wanted him to do. We feel that it’s worth our lives to do this, because we would be saving the lives of 300,000 people. While media outlets have provided scant information about Windels other than her age and physical characteristics, Gateway Pundit and Underground Conservative identified someone of similar description who is a nursery school teacher.
The PeekYou profile of one Katherine A. Windels describes work with Head Start and the Red Caboose daycare center in Madison. The picture provided is also a fairly good match for the photo included here, from the Madison, WI, ABC affiliate WKOW.com. Her LinkedIn profile is more detailed:

This would seem to be of a piece with everything else the unions do to get their way. And they wonder why we want to curb their power!
Except for the revelation that Windels had another run-in with the law in October, a story uncovered by fellow examiner Joe Newby, the media has been completely silent.
Two of the journalists who initially broke the story, Bill Glauber of the Journal Sentinel Online and Sandy Cullen of the Wisconsin State Journal, had no information on Windels line of work and whether or not she was a teacher. When asked if they planned to pursue the story further, neither responded.
This would not be the case were Windels a conservative.

Red Caboose & other pre-schools were / are being considered by Madison Metropolitan School District for funding. If that does come to fruition those workers would be recieving Government dollars (more pay) & could vote to Unionize. This woman may have had lots of MOTIVE. And from what I have seen she is paid over 90K a year to do what ever it is that she dose. 26 years old, When I was 26, I have been a professional pilot for five years and was happy making 26K a year working 6 days a week some times 7. While she may be worth the pay, I doubt it, the State of Wisconsin can afford this. The Private Sector could never pay that kind of money in the same kind of venue she works in. A Private School would pay half that if she was lucky and not green out of school either. Nor would they put up with her after school activities. Yep she needs to go right to jail for the full term, and because she would then be a felon, take what ever State and Federal Licenses and Certifications away for good. And put her on the list of persons who may not ever work in the schools. Other then may be Janitor at 8 bucks an hour. As a younger teacher, she gets paid about $45K per year, here in WI. Her benefit package is about $40K

S/A Tijerino reports that he responded to the Windels residence and he obtained consent to search the computers in the home from the owner, identified as the defendant’s father, William A. Windels. S/A Tijerino reports he asked the defendant…etc."
She knew she was under investigation for weeks and admitted sending the emails at the earlier interview.
Yes, it COULD be the same person, the world's worst criminal, I've heard of crazier sh*t. Like I COULD get hit with lightning, a stray bullet, a runaway train, and a falling airplane engine at the same time. But despite all of you who WISH that would happen, the chances are pretty slim.
In fact, the timeline suggests that she might have had to make some of these phone threats to Michigan while at the exact time that she was being served, interviewed, charged, or processed at the station before her release.
Also, if it turns out, by some chance, that she is the same one who issued the Michigan threats then that would prove beyond any doubt that she is a lone crazy and any ridiculous guilt by association reference to her would have to be laughed at more than it already is.
