Obama’s stated reservations and disdain for the Constitution because as he said it only tells the Federal and State governments what they may not do to the people. Furthermore Mr. Obama stated that the Constitution is deficient because it does not tell the Federal government what IT can do TO the people. His actions and those of his Administration since taking office have been nothing short of Socialist including his strong desire and actions to redistribute “Our” wealth.

There is no nexus between entrepreneurial free market capitalism and “State owned” Socialism. In fact the framers of the Constitution specifically worded the Constitution banning and baring a large Federal government and referred to such a centralized government as being governed by tyranny. The framers of the Constitution framed the work to allow for the life giving properties of capitalism and embodied it into the Constitution, by recognizing our God given Right to ownership of Private Property. Without such guaranteed “Right” in the Bill of Rights” we’d be nothing more than slaves.

Has President Barack Hussein Obama violated the law to such an extent to cause him to be indicted by the House and tried for impeachment under the following charges?! Mr. Obama has created a set of circumstances which indicates he has violated Federal law by false swearing of oath of the office of the President and treason.

No, I think he is talking about the 4 to 5 page original constituion.

We do have Charlie Rangle to thank for several of those pages of the tax law and it is obvious by his filing he didn't read any of them.
