The MSM media has shown us over the years how little they respect their audience and at the same time many people have allowed themselves to be trained into thinking those in the MSM are relevant. I know people quite happy to get their news from the MSM. They want to believe that's all they need because it takes too much effort to do otherwise.

A couple of weeks ago channel 2 in Chicago ran a commercial during primetime for their 10 pm news promising to tell us the best microwave popcorn.

I couldn't stop laughing.

That journalism, whatever the hell that means, was EVER unbiased is the biggest joke of all. Back when our country was founded people read and debated ideas. There wasn't one publisher running around saying they were unbiased and should be the only one believed. Of course people actually read the original sources and debated them. They read the Constitution and talked about it instead of reading a dumbed down review of it by someone claiming to be an impartial journalist.

Media bias isn't something that came into existence during the Vietnam War or during Reagan's term.

Why the fear of labels anyway?

If something is true, is it less true because someone is conservative or liberal?

The sad truth is we don't hate the MSM, we don't hate newspapers, we don't hate network news and we don't hate movies; we would take them back in a minute if they would only tell us the truth with no slant. They wouldn't have to be like us if only they wouldn't hate us and everything we stand for and love.
