Hare-Brained Rep. Phil Hare: Questions About the Constitution Are ‘Silly Stuff’ (Video)

Hare was also asked why the American socialists consider him a member in their ranks. He wouldn’t answer.
This was just one more example of the complete arrogance we see coming from our elitist radical representatives in Washington.
The last time we heard from Phil Hare he told us, “I don’t care about the Constitution.”

It's really sad that we can't get that list published and shown everywhere. What's worse, those members don't feel it's a big deal. A strong conservative in congress (if we could find one) should propose that those members listed should create the socialist caucus.
No one in congress has consulted the constitution in the last 90 years, Democrat or Republican. This attitude will never end until we have a 3rd party dedicated to steadily repealing federal budgets and power, not growing them, slowly (Republicans) or quickly (Democrats).

I really don't have a major problem with leftists who have bizarre interpretations of the Constitution and who pass legislation most of us realize is unconstitutional. It is the judiciary's job to decide what is constitutional and what is not. However, to outright dismiss the Constitution is a violation of a representative's oath of office.
When you drive through downtown Rock Island, IL (part of his district), unfortunately you see a lot more signs for this Marxist than you do for his opponent, Bobby Schilling. I know it is one of the most Gerrymandered (sp?) districts in the country, but hopefully, just hopefully, we, from the People's (Bankrupt) Republlic of Illinois will have enough people tired of corrupt Pelosi puppets to vote this embarassment out of office. I pointed him out eating in a restaurant last week to my wife, and even though she isn't into politics and had no idea who he was, the first thing she said was 'What a fat, arrogant pig'. The flip side is that, until they have troops in the streets, until they open the first prison camps for the "disloyal" for re-education, the power is still with the people. All it takes is a significant number of the American people to go "on strike" from federal government at the same time. Change one's withholding, don't pay taxes, do not follow federal laws. No violence necessary. If enough people do it at once, the hand is forced, the naked emperor is visible. Our government is still by the "consent of the governed." Fail to consent. Vote for anyone who is not a socialist, democrat, or republican. Stop voting for the lesser of two evils and vote for anything else. The egotistic pride of having voted for the winner is worthless. If enough people drop voter's ego, the winner will no longer be the ones who think the constitution are silly. Voting for a third party is a wasted vote? Your socialist/democrat and republican votes have wasted 3.8+ trillion dollars this past year. Which is a bigger waste?
Better yet… You've heard about sanctuary cities? Where people who are here illegally can go with no fear of anyone bothering them? How about a sanctuary city or state for the constitution? How about one city, or better yet, a state, declare that it will no longer recognize or enforce congressional legislation that has no clear basis in the constitution? Accept no federal money, require the collection of no federal taxes. Allow the school board to set it own standards and be independent, answerable only to the local community. End the consent. State's rights? Have them. Take them. Assume them. The constitution says so. The only real tool the federal government has is to not send a state some of the money back that it previously confiscated from the people of that state. How many of our soldiers will follow presidential orders to invade Kansas, let's say, just because the people of that state told congress to mind their own business and honor the constitution? Could the president have the FBI arrest the governor, the legislature, and all the citizens of that state, or even a city? That would be the end of the slow creeping lie. Strength is in numbers and conviction. It is the only way left to bring the federal government back in line. Our best hope really is that some political executive and legislature will finally have the courage to say no and give the citizens a chance to join in and do the same. Some mayors have the guts to tell everyone that it's ok for illegals to hide in their city. Where's the mayor with the courage to tell everyone the constitution dwells in theirs, protected from congress?

Obama doesn't care about our Constitution either, so this is no big surprise. If the Democrats had their way we would rewrite the Constitution every ten years to include those things they want and to exclude to stuff that gets in their way. Obama is trying to load the SCOTUS with judges who think that the Constitution should be a living, evolving document that changes at their whim.
