The terror-linked “peace activists” even brought their own “Hezbollah slingshots” with them on their “peace” mission. (IDF)

The ongoing interrogation of passengers who were aboard the Marmara – the Gaza aid flotilla’s flagship – revealed that the majority of those who attacked the Israeli Naval Commandos boarding the ship have direct and indirect Global Jihad ties.
Israel’s investigation has revealed some 100 people infiltrated the peace and humanitarian aid activists making their way to Gaza, with the explicit design to attack Israeli soldiers using cold arms.
Some among that group are believed to have ties with World Jihad groups, mainly al-Qaeda.
The majority of suspects are Turks, but some are Yemenites and Indonesian. One Yemenite Islamist was photographed with a dagger in his belt prior to the raid.
The suspects are not cooperating with investigators. Most of them have no identification papers, and Israeli authorities are still trying to ascertain their identity.
So, will the Western media omit this from their reports, too?

UPDATE: Michael Oren, the Israeli ambassador to the U.S, said the terrorists had ties to Al-Qaeda.

So you see, the article is careful to distinguish between alleged "infiltrators" and peace activists. Therefore this article is being intellectually disingenuous to attempt to cast aspersions on legitimate peace activists. The Israeli claim is that "infiltrators" were the problem. That's pretty weak tea, in my opinion. Israel, and the Jewish Conservative Leadership, have a real mess on their hands now.

It seems to me that most extremist are people who are under educated. Most of the radical extremist of Islam seem to be taught only in mosques about the cor-ran and they are taught limited on any other subject until much later in life. The people that have been radicalized where taught at a very early age a certain way to think and not how to think for themselves. In any country where the populace is under educated and hope is being lost there will be people that are ripe to be radicalized to extreme views of any group.
The flotilla was a well planned attempt at escalating tensions in the Gaza to bring about condemnation of Israel
and, in my opinion, to use this event to attack Israel. They knew Israel would not let their ships pass through the blocade and that Egypt and Israel offered to deliver the aid to Gaza. I believe they came armed knowing fully well that a confrontation would take place. Another ship is now on its way and hopes that it can get through the blocade . They know that all eyes are now on Israel and are probably betting that Israel will not try to stop this ship because of international condemnation. That should make us all wonder!!
How quick we are to say terrorist terrorist terrorist these days when we forget to even ask what the definition is. I know for myself, I am (by the US justice departments definition) a "domestic terrorist". Im fine with that label, at least I know I am on the right side of things around here!

I heard yesterday morning on GB that MSNBC was reporting on this and showing staged footage from the aftermath that made Israel look like they attacked this boat. I saw on Fox earlier that same morning footage of the boarding where the nut jobs on the boat started beating the boarders with metal pipes. Announce to the world that due to the unexpected attack on the inspection party, that ships will be warned as they approach Israelie waters that they will be fired upon if they enter their waters. Let them enter if they wish and then fire one shot accross the bow. after that . fire to disable the engines. And if neccessary sink them.
Make sure you have a couple of hundred neutral observers and as many cameras and voice recorders.

If you read the Jerusalem Post you will find that the men who boarded the flotilla were expecting "light resistance". Apparently so too where their commanding officers. They expected little more than harsh language, spitting and the odd punch. What they were not expecting is bats, metal rods, knives and being beaten by deck chairs. It's unfortunate these troopers were forced to defend themselves and their comrades resulting in the deaths of ten "civilians".
Never the less it only shows how desperately opportunistic Israels enemies have gotten. Israel is very strong militarily and so her enemies have resorted to shaping world opinion through various propaganda campaigns. Apparently they mean to turn the world against Israel in an effort to garner support, even license, to commit further acts of violence against the people of Israel.

Um, I would suggest re-reading the news on your behalf… The ship was in international waters… Not in Israel's waters, not within the blockade, not in a port! Why is that so easy to overlook and ignore? Waiting for a ship to come into port, or at least into your waters is one thing… Doing this outside of that is something totally different!

The blazing disregard for law is the reason for the worlds reaction, something which Israel has enough issues with.
