My years of personal experience with the Internal Revenue Service (service to WHOM!?) and social [un]security administration has mirrored the public (and sometimes ‘classified’) conduct that defy the interests of the American people and their constitution. This plan would be perfectly lawful and in complete harmony with the United States Constitution and principles of law. It would require 50 to 100 million “taxpayer” participation to “slam dunk” the administration:

1.All participating parties would agree on a mailing date for both payment and filing, at least within about a five-days window to alleviate the work load on the U.S.P.S.
2.All those the plan to pay a tax, mail the monies on the agreed upon date to the United States Secretary of Treasury (NOT THE IRS!!). The mailing address may be obtained from a federal yellow book.
3.Make checks payable to the United States Treasurer, NOT Internal Revenue Service.
4.With all signatures on all documents and checks, write the statement “all rights reserved.” Then sign to loop on top of the statement “all rights reserved,” rather than adding it after the signing.
5.Include in the mailing a “Legal Constructive Notice” disavowing any connection with the IRS and demand the monies be DEPOSITED into the account of the United States Treasury, not CREDITED to debt of the U.S. Treasurer, as per authority of 26 USC § [look up].
6.Further, demand a true copy of certificate of deposit, as per authority of 26 USC § [look up].
7.Mail by U.S.P.S. Certified Mail with return receipt.
8.All participating parities mail returns on the agreed upon date, again, to the United States Secretary of Treasury (NOT THE IRS!!).
9.Include with all signatures, “all rights reserved” as describe above.

11.Take Notice: Those expecting a refund may not receive in a timely manner, and, perhaps, simply not at all as punishment for participating ¾ a down payment to be paid to dig America out the ‘hole’ of socialism.

Expect mass news media to spread propaganda of just how wrong, un-patriotically this is, perhaps even illegal. They will likely blatantly lie in desperation. Congress has written multiple statues indemnifying government employees, officers and agents to lie, provided they do so verbal, and not under oath, or in writing. Any notice received by a citizen regarding this matter should be “squarely challenged” with a written demand notice for true copies of evidence that the government notice is lawful, and do so IN WRITING with SIGNATURE of authorized OFFICER.

Government cannot manage such a massive opposition front. As long as the current method of demonstrations do little more that temporarily delay with little affect upon long range plans, don’t ‘hold your breath’ waiting for a return to the founding principles. The stakes are astronomical, and the traitors in Washington, D.C., have too much to lose. They won’t sit still on this one. Little or no backlash from the ‘rulers’ is evidence they are not dissatisfied with the current Tea Party, since the damage it’s doing is just a minor ‘fender bender dent’ in their program.

What the media fails to understand is that their reporting has not changed, but we have awakened. Most of us were not paying attention. They have always used the racist, homophobe comments, but now those comments are not directed just at politicians or talk show hosts but at the general public. So when they use those words to try to explain what the movement is about, we can now see how untrue their reporting has always been. We know the people in the movement. They are us, our neighbors, our parents, our grandparents, our children, teachers, doctors, firemen, policeman. We know for a fact that we are not racist or homophobes. As long as they continue to use this type of reporting, they will eventually destroy themselves and we will continue to become larger and more influential.

If Mr. Breitbart is so outraged and angry with the MSM, why does he read or listen to it? Just do what those that protest Rush Limbaugh are told to do: change the station.

I've been pushing the idea to a few friends that the most effecctive way of getting the MSM to occasionally tell the truth and shame the devil might be to "act locally" – taking a leaf out of the Enemy book, ya know? Forget angry on-line petitions. Get groups to show up and picket LOCAL tv and radio stations (perhaps on April 15?), asking for more truth and less bias in their news. Also, I like the idea of calling up to complain any time a media talking head comes out with a big honkin' lie. Enough pressure and the local stations might think twice about just accepting what the MSM sends them! (Hey, it worked for Jay Leno, didn't it?)

Then, if you make the choice to venture to those nether regions: why complain about it? Simply report the truth as you would believe it to be. To complain and postulate about perceptions of true or not true simply seems as if Mr. Breitbart is attempting to further a politcal agenda, rather than uncover the 'truth'.

I posted on Facebook my exuberance after attending our local 9/12 tea party. Some smartass asked me how much Dick Armey and Freedom Works paid me.
