I have been unable to sleep well. My thoughts by day can be overlaid by the business of everyday actions, but at night they come forth an disrupt my sleep! Funny how kids can no longer have "Christmas parties" at schools because the WORD Christmas "might" offend someone. Heck, there was a local elelmentary school here a couple of years ago where teachers forbid children bringing in red or green plates or napkins for their "Winter Celebration." Only white was allowed. The excuse was "red and green are associated with Christmas." The kids were also told they shouldn't say "snowmen." They had to say "snowpeople."
