Soros-Funded National Lawyers Guild Selects Violent Revolutionary as Keynote Speaker

The NLG is a progressive bar association funded in part by George Soros’ Open Society Institute. While the NLG claims to be a civil rights organization, its focus lies elsewhere. In fact, the NLG’s anthem “human rights shall be held more sacred than property interests” only thinly disguises it’s radical leanings.
Bernadine Dohrn is known for her involvement with the Weather Underground. At one point, the FBI placed her on its list of 10 most wanted. Her husband, Bill Ayers, was co-founder of this revolutionary group. In a 2011 interview with the NY Times, Ms. Dohrn’s husband reiterated, ”I don’t regret setting bombs…I feel we didn’t do enough.”
As a fugitive, Ms. Dohrn remained a leader in the Weather Underground as it continued to plant bombs at government buildings in an effort to mount a communist revolution. Three people were killed as a result of the organization’s bomb-making activities in 1970.
By selecting a communist revolutionary so closely involved with past domestic terrorism as a keynote speaker, the National Lawyers Guild further reveals its true agenda of gradually transforming this country through the legal system.

With a government shutdown looming at the end of this week, President Obama will meet on Tuesday with a handful of congressional leaders – including House Speaker John Boehner and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid – to discuss the budget, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney confirmed in a press briefing on Monday.
With only four days before the latest continuing resolution to fun the government runs out, congressional leaders on both sides of the aisle are scrambling to hammer out a deal.
Carney told reporters on Monday that Mr. Obama had invited Boehner and Reid, as well as Senate Appropriations Chairman Dan Inouye and House Appropriations Chairman Hal Rogers, to participate in discussions regarding "ongoing negotiations on a funding bill to bring us through the end of this year."
"The president has made clear that we all understand the need to cut spending, and significant progress has been made in … agreeing that we can all work off the same number, $73 billion in spending cuts in this year alone," Carney said.
Obama, as we all know, has made things perfectly clear.
What will Boehner sell us out for this time? A handful of magic beans?

All of this points to what reasonable people have been saying for some time now; that the left doesn’t have facts, nor do they care about reality. They care about the acquisition of power, and if they have to lie, cheat, or deceive to achieve that power, so be it. If they have to intimidate voters, steal elections, beat up protesters, bite off fingers, attempt to control the media, create or exploit crises, break every single campaign promise, or pose as Conservatives to get the job done – that’s what they will do. For them, the end justifies the means, and they obviously take that to an extreme.

During the 1960s I obtained the Attorney General's List of subversive organizations. It confirmed what I had already seen elsewhere: The National Lawyer's Guild (then called the National Lawyer's Guild of the NAACP) was on the list of subversive organizations. At some later point the NLG separated from the NAACP.
Well one thing we've proven lately is that sh.t always floats to the top and ANYBODY can be president. Only in America after 2008 could a cop killer go unprosecuted and be a keynote speaker. God I wish there was a good place to immigrate to but we were it.

Since neither the D nor R halves of the FedGov seem even slightly interested in countering this corruption, ones thoughts do begin to turn from the ballot box to the cartridge box… it's really that bad. He died at 101 because he was playing billiards one afternoon, tripped, fell and broke his hip. <sigh> We should have the same opportunity to live in a world my grandfather fought two world wars to provide.
