You are all very ignorant. You fear what you do not understand. You prefer to rule by force instead of using your brain to work with others. It is people like you that have this economy in the state that it is in. Greed and ignorance are the downfall of the US, not Obama. You are scared that he might actually succeed to bring some order to the world and restore the prominence and prestige the US once had before George W. Bush. In case you missed your civics classes, what Obama is trying to do is called DIPLOMACY. It involves engaging your friends and your enemies and having those difficult conversations. This was something lost on the Bush-Cheney Whitehouse. Bush was not intelligent enough to hold these conversations without saying something stupid. Really, it should have been just called the Cheney Whitehouse. We all know who called the real shots when it came to foreign policy, or lack thereof. Bush led us into an illegitimate war with Iraq, instead of focusing our efforts where they should have been: Afghanistan. Congress gave him a blank check to continue funneling money into an endless war that Obama is trying to clean up after. Bush, and many presidents before him, helped send our economy into the the state it is in now by believing that corporations and people will police themselves when it came to lending money and making other business deals. We must learn from history that greed always wins out in these situations and, mostly Republican deregulation contributes to this. Get a life and get a clue people. He was propped up by his cronies who told him "Yes, we can!" over and over until he came to believe his own hype.
