It’s Time For the Black Caucus Race Hustlers to Apologize For Slandering Tea Party Patriots

Nobody likes a race hustler either.
On Saturday March 20th the leftist media reported what they described as a horrible story from their sources at the conservative-hating Huffington Post. The media claimed that members of the Congressional Black Caucus were called n*ggers and spat on by tea party protesters as they walked from the Longworth office building to the Rayburn office building. At least one report said that it was “a chorus” of racist hatred. Another report said the Congressional members heard the n-word at least 15 times. Reporters from ABC, CBS, CNN, FOX News, (including Bill O’Reilly), MSNBC, and so on, repeated this horrible story.
Unfortunately, it was a fake. The media had no evidence… Nothing. As the story was a complete fabrication. It was totally made up.
In fact, several videos were later released that proved that there was no “chorus” of racist hatred and no one screamed the n-word. It was all a lie.
Several people, including Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. filmed the entire episode and could not find any evidence of racist hate. Let’s get his video, before the DNC alters it!
He found nothing.
Last Wednesday, video was released that confirmed the spitting incident was bogus, too.

There’s some higher resolution video below I hadn’t seen before. Unlike what was claimed during recent Tea Party protests in Washington, DC, it would appear Cleaver was simply walking close by in front of a protester. The protester’s hands were cupped as he was shouting. While it appears Cleaver may have experienced a spraying of sorts as a result of the yelling, it does not support a conclusion that he was intentionally spat upon, as claimed.

On Thursday of last week Andrew Breitbart at Big Government offered $10,000 to any of the reported victims for proof of a racial attack. No one will! And, in this economy you know someone would if they could. No one came forward. Nothing happened. It was all a lie.
It’s time for these race hustlers to apologize to the tea party movement and the American people for this horrible racist lie.
We demand that these Black Caucus members apologize for their fabricated hate story.

The racism DNC messaging campaign has been going on for almost a year in blog comment posts. So it should be little surprise that this miraculously happened at an opportune time. When Cleaver was supposedly "spat upon" there was a woman in some type of uniform directly behind him (Capital Police maybe) why didn't she do something if in fact he had been spat upon, she seemed to be aware of the "problem"? The video also shows that Cleaver went back a few moments later with another person IN UNIFORM as if to try to identify the person who "spat" upon him and was standing right next to the man and couldn't identify him. The gentleman was facing him and then turned from him, but Cleaver looks around and can't seem to identify the person. Personally I believe that this "march across to the Capital" was done by the Dems and Black Caucus in the hopes it WOULD cause a problem and someone would do something, (there was NO other reason for them to do this, there was another way to the Capital)…it didn't happen but they still used it…how sad! Stupid and liars…
The CONgressmen and women need to apologize, and the LameStream Media needs to "sack up" and admit they reported in error.

I challenge the members of the CBC to prove that the oath they all swore to the constitution comes before the color of their skin. If they expect me to be impressed or frightened just because they have dark skin, they are out of luck. There are lots of people who have dark colored skin, so what?

Rev. Al Sharpton ( he is not really a Rev. he has never studied, & has never been ordained. Although he did get a certificate in the mail, and after 20 years or so was given an honary diploma from a Religeous Institute) told Bill O'Reilly that he had seen video evidence of the spitting, and audio along with video of Tea Party members shouting the "N" word at least 15 times. O'Reilly said "You did not, you are not telling the truth, because it never happened"). Al then switched to "I heard from those that had seen & heard video/audio of it, that it really happened"
O'Reilly challenged Al to name those people & to get them to step forward with evidence. Al declined.
If the Democrats had it on tape it would have been played ad naseum since that point in time. We would have had pundit after pundit, clinical psychologists, social workers and every other form of analysts and talking heads droning on and on about the tape. There is no way that they would not have produced the tape of it if it existed. The march was an orchestrated event designed to attempt to bait the protestors into engaging in such conduct. It didn't work. They could have avoided the crowd and walked through the tunnel to get into the Capitol Building.
Um…you are attempting to prove a negative, and you simply don’t have the resources to do it. Malicious calls for apology may cause racists to get the giggles, but all you need to do is follow the example of the Republican leadership…disavow any racial epithets and move on. It’s the classy thing to do. The standard of proof to disprove the claims would require a video camera at Rep. Lewis side for the entirety of his journey, and even then audio might not catch the epithets. Throwing a bunch of random video online and crying “vindication” is a pitiful showing indeed. The fact that a person of color has his name associated with such an effort is particularly painful to witness.
Asking for an apology from people who claim to have been victimized, without categorically demonstrating them to be faking, is really low, especially when Rep. Lewis service to the country is unimpeachable, and he bears the scars of police truncheons from the sixties to show it.
My opinion is that those camera phone videos were all cued up ready for some special editing only to have matching timeline vids from different angles released showing nothing verbally or "spittally" happened. Bummer aye?

As a total non-racist I have always filled out my census form questions regarding race with the fact that I am a member of the 'other' category: the human race…same for hispanic, that is "other hispanic" = human. It is THIS administration that is totally racist and we should call them out for it!
Perhaps we need a law protecting us from unfounded racist charges, turning it back on the race baiter. Document and prove the incident or be hit with a mandatory 30 days jail time + $25k fine. That might slow down those tossing down the race card like they're playing hearts at the senior center.

It's discouraging to see our elected representatives trying to capture a "gotcha" moment rather than engaging with the people they represent. Even more discouraging is the realization that they are so determined to demonize those with whom they disagree that they will dishonor themselves, their party and Congress by making claims of racism via their "spokes people" that they refuse to confirm in person. The same people who complain about being treated unfairly and disrespectfully because of their skin color are now returning the favor with Tea Partiers.

Natural reaction to getting spat upon is to immediately wipe it off. His reaction was to the loudness of the shout, not to getting spat upon. Look at the video from that point and you will realize what happened.

No, this is defense against a negative put forth by them and they bear the burden of proof, not us, since they made the accusations. This tactic of 'guilty until proven innocent' will not stand any longer and there's no justification for it, regardless of 'what' happened to 'who' in the '60s and before. Again, they must categorically demonstrate that they're telling the truth in this instance….they have not and they will not.
When you take the chip off your shoulder, things will improve. This reverse racism isn't going to make anything better! It might make you feel good for a moment or two, but trust me, it will backfire. Enjoy.
What I don't understand is why people who are supposedly working for "unity" feel the need to segregate themselves as the Black Congressional Caucus. Doesn't this just perpetuate the idea that it is acceptable to divide and/or categorize people based on their race? People of honor admit and acknowledge honest mistakes and tender sincere apologies to those they have wronged whether intentional or accidental. People without honor just continue to live in denial of the transgressions they commit. The CBC continues to prove daily how little honor and integrity they have by the silence they share. There will be no apology. The truth is irrelevant to those who belive that the ends justify the means. They wanted the perspective to change from being bullies to victims. Notice how the heat temporarily changed from the Health care bill, to raceism…Raceism will always be used as long as it works, and I think it is working less and less lately.
