In an interview with David Yerushalmi, senior litigator on the Murray v. Geithner et al lawsuit, we expose possible fraud, money-laundering and criminal activity.
As Yerushalmi says in the interview, “So here’s what we find out in the midst of discovery when we depose the Treasury Department’s deponent and the Fed and get documents, here’s what we’ve learned: The Federal Reserve Bank of New York at the time that it structured the debt that it was going to give AIG insisted that not only did it get the debt, not only would it get principal and interest payments and collateral for that, it wanted 80% of AIG, precisely 77.9% of the shares and the voting rights. But the Federal Reserve Bank and Geithner knew that it was illegal for the Fed system whether there’s a Fed or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to own that, so what did they do….”

Geithner was raised in a corrupt family. His father and Obama's mother were involved in micro financing and laundering money in Indonesia and other 3rd world countries. It's in HIS blood. This would not be any surprise as far as I'm concerned. Infact it's been blogged about for a long time. If you connect the dots, the whole administration is colluding to rape this country. So we are also paying the interest on this loan as well, aren't we, since this was money loaned from the Fed to our Government, to AIG? NICE! The Fed is illegal, it needs to go down! We pay interest for something congress could be doing for free, coining our own money!

I recently talked to an IRS Auditor, sent them copies of invoices 14 pounds of copies. They agreed that I had proved my expenses then said they were still going to bill me for $300 because I didn't include invoices under $5. Then I did point out that the regulations only require receipts for expenses above $75. They now have it under review, while I am printing copies of the little receipts to send them, another 600 pages for them. Thank God for Neat Works or I would still have file cabinets of receipts.
These guys don't know the rules and are not properly trained. The IRS makes the Mafia look like a well organized group. We need a new system this is no longer working on any level. I do like it when people say the tax code is 67,000 pages but they also have to include the definition books to make it over a Million pages.
Just for fun, call the IRS and ask them to explain depletion of oil well deduction to you. Then ask if new technology comes along that you can extract more oil than previous estimates what happens. You should be able to single handedly shut down the IRS because there are only 3 people that really understand this issue in the entire IRS system.
Just a few days ago I heard someone ( I THINK it was Rush Limbaugh) say that our tax code is nine and a half million words… twelve times the size of the Bible.
When the head of the IRS cannot even do his own taxes there is a problem.
I can't believe that no one really audits the Federal Reserve and can imagine the money given to friends of the head guys making them rich as a by product of there friendships. This is just plain wrong and so far nothing either of these guys have said makes me believe they are not breaking the law in so many ways.
It really is upsetting that no one knows all the rules because they are so hard to understand that no one can do fully understand them. I used to deal with CPA's every quarter and they have a double talk that is scary. I now have an Accounting Degree and see that most of their double talk is there point of view that this is legal but depending on the auditor may not be legal.
That is the truth and why we need term limits. Our representatives (most of them) are in Washington for themselves not the people that voted for them.

I want one of these corporate owners to produce the loan records that they should have gotten when they recieved money. I do not understand how this money (OUR Money) was given out. If there is no agreement (which is what it looks like) the government just literally gave our money away and everyone who voted for TARP 1 & 2 should be tried for theft and placed in jail.
If there was a loan agreement then it should be adhered to. This is like borrowing money for a house and the bank telling you how to decorate the place. Tom, I spoke to my tax lawyer yesterday and he is trying to get his firm to allow him to escrow our taxes for small business owners and not send them to the federal government until they can provide an accounting of the expenses of the Federal Reserve. He said it is a long shot and would either make or break their firm depending on the press of their activities. He said that this would be the only legal way to not pay the government but still adhere to the law.
The Repubs can't even get Holder to investigate the New Black Panthers for blocking voting sites.
