		<description>Take it further: if you are net tax DRAW, you do not vote. This would exclude people employed in the public sector (and that includes government school teachers), those on the dole, and the gimme generation. The ONLY exception I would make to this is to allow active duty military personnel the franchise.  They are earning it. </description>
