Big Labor Plans Super Bowl Chaos
by Don LoosOn Wednesday, after Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels signed into the Right To Work law, MSNBC host Rachel Maddow squirmed in her chair with excitement as she showed the Super Bowl Village being invaded by Big Labor activists. [see update at bottom of post]
Rather than seeing the Super Bowl as a big event for Indiana, Maddow’s guest, Indiana State Rep. Scott Pelath, sees it as a “national platform” for Big Labor “education” through disruption.
Indiana AFL-CIO union boss Nancy Guyott pulls no punches describing the chaos she intends to create; she has declared war on Super Bowl spectators. From Sterling Wong at Minyanville.com:
“They think they won a war because you fought this little skirmish like it was a war,” said Indiana AFL-CIO President Nancy Guyott. “I know the Indiana labor movement and our opponents haven’t seen nothing yet.”
So Super Bowl fans, the storming of Super Bowl Village on Wednesday was just a warm up for Big Labor’s Sunday fracas. Rather than working to make their current union members want to remain union members, Big Labor thugs would rather use their forced-dues-filled coffers to create chaos at the Super Bowl and in the streets of Indiana. Their goal is to disappoint millions of Americans and bring back legislation that compels people to pay to unions.
These Super Bowl shenanigans may become a game changer. Big Labor intimidation tactics may finally be seen for what they are: an attempt bully the nation. Maybe politicians like Pelath and commentators like Maddow will begin to feel the heat for embracing Big Labor’s thuggish tactics.
And, congratulations Indiana for giving Right To Work freedom Hoosiers so they can choose to join and pay for these thugs, or keep their own wages from them.

When a team loses the Super Bowl, they shake the other players hands knowing this is how it's going to be at least for the next year. Professional. They don't want to lose; they don't want to succumb to defeat, but they'll do it with grace.
When Unions lose, they throw a fit and send their thugs out to ruin everybody's fun. They're classless and indefensible.
I noticed a difference between OWS people and Union people. OWS are skinny (because they're on drugs). Union people are fat (because they eat too much and give the scraps to the taxpayers). Just something I noticed.

And lest anyone think that they chickened out for any noble reason, I am willing to bet that someone from the TSA made a quiet call and told her that it'd be a little hard for Holder to cover for any unionista that rioted on a live camera broadcasting across the nation.
What was Maddow's show about? I was playing "count the chins" and got distracted.
Most of the time that some union goon is seen in a photo or video, they are a fat, uneducated slob that could only get a job by intimidating others. These unions are demonstrating the very reason why they are dying, all due to their greed and arrogance. I would suspect that there will still be sabotage at the super bowl by union members. These union thugs do not have a clue how to operate a business or stay competitive in the market.
It's funny how these union thugs can't seem to understand that intimidations, beatings or the chaos they cause does not look good to the public. It shows you how stupid they are.

Attacking Private sector unions thus private sector worker in a economic crisis sounds like not letting a crisis go to waste ploy to harm your political foes at the expense of private sector workers not to help America.
We have bigger problems to solve like Big taxes, big debt, big mandates and big war, just to name a few big problems.

We had a ballot initiative here in Colorado an election or two ago that would have made us "right to work" … I'm still surprised it failed and didn't get the support of a lot of working class conservative Republicans I know.

I know NBC just inked a long term deal with the NFL but as long as COMCAST embraces these "journalists" and "opinionaters" at THEIR news network they might be in a world of hurt. I wonder who got to the labor leaders to silence them? I bet it was the NBC unions as well as the NFL. Comcast CEO Brian Roberts better be careful. How many cable subscribers does Comcast have? How many of those are in flyover country? I'm just sayin…. What exactly was Maddow trying to do with these leaders?

Two teams with some of the biggest babies in the NFL, all of 'em union, yeah, I think they picked the best place in town to show who can be the most immature. And they have the best resources available. If you can't turn this into a secular progressive hedonistic demonstration of freedom of speech freshmen' skills of 'creating public chaos in a crowded arena' (a real demonstration of skill, alright) what right do have to call yourself a 'olive drab greenie?' I for one hope they do try to disrupt the Super Bowl. Since it is one of the most watched programs it would give many people a chance to see labor unions as they truly are – NBC – nothing but criminals.

Once I read that labor leadership had backed down I haven't been so disappointed since Obama, or whoever he is, got elected. I was so hoping these geniuses populating labor leadership would thoroughly disrupt the Super Bowl. Man oh man would that ever help the movement. Tivo-ing the Puppy Bowl is a time-honored tradition in my household.
These miscreants have been downtown now for weeks. Only the union workers (many from other states) can be paid to demonstrate at the statehouse. These guys are petrified. The money spigot that was busted in the open position for the DEMs now has an operable off position. The union is fighting battles in more and more states now, and I hope more join the battle just to divide their resources.
I'm going downtown tomorrow to soak in some of that Super Bowl atmosphere. I expect to see both union and OWS whining parasites. I'll have a great time. Even more so because I know that for both the union and OWS if anyone is having a good time, they are failing their mission, and just a little bit more miserable. Happy Super Bowl!
