Obama NLRB Eliminates Secret Ballot Elections-Making Card Check Forced Unionism a Reality
by Don LoosOutgoing NLRB Chair Wilma Liebman and the of the Obama Appointed NLRB Board members, Craig Becker & Mark Pearce, voted to eliminate secret ballot election protections. Now, when employers make secrets deals with a union bosses agreeing to recognize a union without allowing his employees a secret ballot vote; employees no longer have the right to force an NLRB secret ballot election and allow workers to decide if they want the union or not.
Unable to pass EFCA, Card Check Forced Unionism, through a Democrat-controlled congress, Obama is paying off Big Labor through his handpicked NLRB Board. He is doing all this at the expense of worker freedoms and worker paychecks. And, the NLRB Decision is applied retroactively to bar even elections that have already been held but not counted.
Employees can now be forced to pay for an undisclosed arrangement between employers and labor union bosses without having the right to put it to a secret ballot election.
This is particular heinous in non-Right To Work states where employees are forced to pay union dues and fees regardless of the fact that they did not want the union. The NLRB’s actions again prove why the National Right To Work Act needs to be passed. Then, every American will have the freedom to withhold his paycheck from union bosses if they choose.

I wasn't born in Texas but I sure am glad I live here now because Texans, and those of us that moved here (that have an IQ higher than a tree frog) don't want anything to do with unions. If the company that i work for allowed a union to try an move in I wouldn't mind a bit letting them know that I voted against it. In fact everyone that works here would know that I'm against unions simply because they destroy any company that they infest.

Here is the other way out. Impeach Obama over GunWalker. Then, after conviction, expose the fact that he wasn't eligible to sere in the first place. Problem with him clamping down is this:
If we maintain a peaceful way of doing it – peaceful civil disobedience – and he responds with force, he's going to lose support, even from some he may consider to be allies. Not all "liberals" are that kooky. And certainly he'd lose independents and moderates. He may even lose any "friends" he may have overseas, except for the thugs.
O is between the rock and the hard place. That is why I think he may depend upon his own thugs to cause the trouble and crackdown that way. Bottom Up, Top Down, Inside Out.

NLRB just did an end run around the Constitution and around liberty.
The federal government just started giving away what amounts to amnesty.

In fact, I felt it most keenly when they screwed over the bondholders from GM in favor of the Unions in direct violation of bankruptcy laws AND when they were going to pass a law specially taxing those people who had received bonuses. It was both "ex post facto" and a "bill of attainder" in direct violation of the Constitution. I think it was unsuccessful, but they were going to do it anyway.
Then then were going to "deem and pass" Obamacare. Talk about "taxation without representation".

Sell the company to relatives, open up months later, let them all starve and wither on the vine. Let the union members see who butters their bread, capitalists, or communists.
Vote in people that will ban government unions. Even FDR knew they were BS, but JFK was owned by the unions so he let them in. A Constitutional amendment to that end would fly through the 3/4 of the country bar. We know who the home grown terrorists are, we just saw them in WI, trashing our buildings and beating people at rallies.

The sad part is the union people don't even know how much they are being used, and they don't even keep much of their own money because it largely goes for political payoffs. Everything you need to know about Card Check can be explained by – It can only be used to bring in a union. The same process can not be used to change which union represents the workers, nor can it be used to remove a union! The sleaze bag union leaders know how dishonest and corrupt the Card Check process is, that's why they restricted it use to be in their favor only, and not against them.

Sounds like the ones getting screwed in this deal are not employers, but workers. I'd say workers need more protection than employers because employers are fleeter of foot (a company which doesn't like labor conditions can set up in India or China, but only the top tier of workers have that type of mobility).
