County Prosecutors Downgrade Charges without Checking Medical Record in Gladney Case

St. Louis County Prosecutors watered-down the charges in the Kenneth Gladney case from a misdemeanor to an ordinance violation without so much as even calling St. John’s Hospital, where Gladney received treatment for his injuries, and checking Gladney’s hospital record or speaking with care providers on site.
Elston McCowan and Perry Molens were witnessed on video assaulting Gladney who is seen being taken to the ground. Cheryl Johner punched Kelly Owens in the face – which Owens caught on camera, an assault witnessed by a police officer, according to the police report – and all three get off with nothing more that ordinance violations.

It has been discovered that no one from Patricia Redington’s office ever accessed Gladney’s medical records for use in determining the charges filed in the case.
Not only did the prosecuting attorney’s office fail to immediately file charges after the assaults, but now it would seem that partiality is being shown as evidenced by the downsize in the severity of charges without even checking on the extent of Gladney’s injuries.
Remember that Patricia Redington’s office made sure to file charges against Bill Federer, on behalf of Dick Gephardt campaigner James Larrew (which were subsequently tossed) on the following day, which was a national holiday. Redington is said to not have actually interviewed any witnessed, either.
So:
No witnesses interviewed.
Medical record wasn’t accessed.
They must have a magic crystal ball because I don’t know how you can file charges without actually investigating the case.

What do we do to protest this injustice?
Disgusting and unbelievable. This case shows the true "left wing" in this country — a bunch of thugs who think they are above the law. Well, it's about time they were shown otherwise.

From what I read, they will settle these charges out of court and give probation at the very worst.
This won't see a trial and the prosecutor will try to save face.

This isn't about race; per Alinsky, it's about the ends justifying the means. The goal is accelerating the move to socialism. If it takes beating up a black man to get there quicker, they don't care. Race is convenient when it benefits their cause. In this case, race is not part of the winning equation.
Oh, this will be far from over. We still have a civil case to go through, though none has been filed that I have heard of yet. Now, it is a matter of what the prosecutor wants to do & be. Does she want to do her job & press appropriate charges or does she want to become one of the defendants in a civil case?
So, we finally have a real act of racism, and a possible hate crime, two of the most egregious civil rights violations constantly trumpeted by liberals. Political correctness has now entered a new phase here. We can now say liberals are asserting political correction, as they see fit.

I hope Kenneth Gladney isn't holding his breath for Al Sharpton's help because he is busy bending the law trying to get his daughter and ex-wife out of trouble with the law. It appears that cursing and striking an officer of the law is their right to freedom of speech. The Sharptons' lawyer asks, "Since when did a verbal objection become criminal in America?" Hardy said.

Where are demogogues Sharpton and Jackson? I would honestly love to hear what they have to say about this situation. O'Reilly needs to get one of them on his show. It seems that one of the thugs actually filed a worker's comp. claim for a hand/wrist injury sustained during the attack!
I made the call the St. Louis County Prosecutor. The number for Brian Malone is actually (314) 615-7042. I was told that yes, Brian Malone had reviewed the evidence and that charges had been filed. I then asked if they were going to review the charges as the Hate Crimes that they were, and was promptly forwarded to the County Prosecutor that was in charge. Naturally, I had to leave a message.
Sadly, this is what we have to do in order to try to get justice anymore.

Prosecutors and sheriffs were going to go after people for misleading or telling lies about Obama during the campaign. Oh yeah, and they were going to act quickly.
If that isn't outrageous enough, one of those prosecutors is someone who could file charges against the thugs who beat up someone but didn't bother. Instead, 3 months later and only after pressure, misdemeanor charges get filed.

So you see, they're Democratic zealots threatening to act quickly and go after people for speech against Obama, yet had to be pressured (after 3 months) to file charges against Democrat thugs who physically assaulted a man.

During the "Beer" summit in which Obama, Jackson & Sharpton all had their say involving the Gates & Crowley incident, not to mention pulling out the race card without knowing any of the facts. The chosen one (Obama) spoke prior to knowing any of the facts.
