Does Justice Move Faster For Democrats in St. Louis?
by Dana LoeschThree months after Kenneth Gladney and Kelly Owens were assaulted in the Bernard school parking lot following Russ Carnahan’s town hall the charges still remain in hibernation at the County Counselor’s office. Upon contacting Bob McCullough, I was told that Gladney’s charges fall into Patricia Redington’s jurisdiction.
Redington was quick to file charges back in 2000, when a staffer for Democrat Richard Gephardt stalked serious contender Republican Bill Federer on a parade route. The staffer, James Larrew, tried to shove his camera into Federer’s face until Federer was forced to push the camera away. The staffer freaked, flagged down a cop and claimed that he had been assaulted. Larrew then called Gephardt’s office and spoke to Joyce Aboussie, Gephardt’s top political adviser, who then contacted Redington’s office. Two days later Redington filed assault charges against Federer, on Columbus Day, a national holiday; after which Redington, Aboussie, and Larrew conducted a media blitz, all arranged for by Gephardt’s office.
From an account of the incident:
Note that Redington is a Democrat-appointee with close ties to Gephardt’s closest adviser, Aboussie.

Does party affiliation and who you know play a part in how fast your charges are filed or whether or not justice is served? This doesn’t help matters any. Redington has proven that she’s willing to work quickly when politically convenient.
How long will Kenneth Gladney and Kelly Owens have to wait for justice?
Please note that at the time of this posting an email query and interview request (acknowledged by Bob McCullough’s office) received by Patricia Redington has gone unanswered. If you would like to ask Patricia Redington how long it will take to process charges of two assaults caught on video, one of which a police officer was listed as a witness, you can contact her office here:

i think what is on the minds of all americans reading this article right now is, Dana Loesch… how does this relate to ACORN?>???!!!!<ONE!!!
Dick Gephardt.
A blast from the past.
Thats enough to give a person flashbacks. Next you'll be talking about Tom Daschle, being one of the most frequent visitors at the White House. Being a Health Care CON-sultant, that is probably appropriate though.
But getting back to your topic at hand, Kenneth Gladney is believable. He should not expect fair treatment from those political hacks in St. Louis.
Not addressing the issue, as usual, Scott? Yeah, Obfuscate as usual. But she's right on this one and if a DEMOCRAT was assulted and it got held up by Republicans for this long, I am fairly certain you would have some sort of apoplexy from crys of injustice and unfairness. Because after all, it would be Big Business and the GOP keeping the man down, right?
Don,
everybody should ignore the littlw twit. He obfuscates, then regurgitates. He essentially does nothing more than utilize bandwidth.
Just like the mob keeps two sets of books the dem's keep two sets of laws, one for themselves, and one for everyone else, thought that was pretty well understood, how else do you explain a piece of Garbage like Barney Frank walking around free instead of being sold for cig's in lockup.
As to the question of Justice, I am guessing without a lot of media attention it will be around 2012, november 4th to be exact before they can have any hope of that.
The media quip was of course not to be taken seriously, progressives have only one rule about progressive misdeeds, you dont talk about progressive misdeeds unless you can shift the blame.
Oh, and also, I realize your current target is ACORN articles on this site- Lets do the counts, shall we? The headlines at the top contain 1 out of 12 articles that are about ACORN. And in the Blog area contains 8 out of 27 Articles.
Unless you are ready to admit that SEIU and ACORN are the same thing, of course…
Funny distinction. "Blame shifting" for Progressives.
The Indians called it "Shape Shifting"…………
Someone help me out if I get this wrong, but here goes:
There were two people who were attacked by individuals organized by SEIU in Missouri. Charges should have already have been brought against their attackers by a county official who right now appears to be foot-dragging, despite that in the past they have been quick to bring charges, on a holiday no less, when the person who wanted the charges filed was a Democrat.
Does that help clarify anything?
Looks like MO is messed up as CA…………

Hey. This may be the greasy slimy Scott levinson Lawyer for ACORN. Some times you have to flush 3 times to get the big ones to not float back up.
so do you think that acorn warrants 8% of total daily "news" and approx 30% of total discussion?
you'll find if you examine the more recent blog postings, a full 6 of the last 12 have been on acorn. FIFTY PERCENT!
really now. seriously?
I mean, what kind of world do you folks live in?
it clarifies that you are petty and small.
there are much more important things in life, happening in our country and around the planet today.
that you let yourself be manipulated and worked up to a frenzy like this is sad.
As much as I hate to admit it, you are correct.
Two words: civil suit. Use a page from the SPLC and hit them where it hurts.
Just in case anyone does not know, Dana has a hell of a radio program nightly in St. Louis where she continues to take on the left. You can stream it live at 7:00PM daily on http://www.971talk.com/
I E-Mailed Robert McCulloch regarding the previous cases and his office also referred me to Patricia Redington. I E-Mailed her to and yet…No RESPONSE! ( Political Shuffle)
Are they afraid of the union more than the public? tsk tsk tsk
I am doing my part to Serve our Government by Blogging about this!
And suddenly numbers in reporting matter to you? Your feign outrage is a big strange, considering you come here of your own volition, but whatever. I will say this- the kind of world we live in is one where criminal activity matters. Your choice to harp on what content IS and IS NOT valid as news, I am sure, has made its way to the main stream sites, no? Seeing as you see yourself as begin the only individual capable of deciding who should read what about whom and where.
And "You Folks" at this point also seems to encompass you at this point- you are here and commenting so often, I often wonder which organization you are being prompted by to sit here and comment on EVERY story (in a negative, Democrat light, of course).
Oh, and as a side note- this is not a main stream news site- look at the title bar. BIG GOVERNMENT. I assure you, this is valid stuff with all the ties the GOVERNMENT has to these people. If you want general news, breitbart.com is a much better place for you to hang out.
I bet you can even see the latest on Brittany Spears hacked twitter account there.
Thank you and I should mention it is primarily St. Louis and Kansas City, that are as messed up as CA.
important things. Like Obama vetting BO the family dog? How about vetting Dunn the commie in the Office for Communication?
Why are you on this discussion board instead of picketting a coal fired electric generating station? The biG stuff. How about tilting at windmills?
Enough already! It's time to SHUT DOWN the county prosecutor's office with 5,000 angry tax payers demanding justice! Justice now includes an OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE conviction for McCulloch, Redington and the rest of the Democrat criminals with lawyer badges. Shut them down!
All RIGHT! Name Calling! Woo!
Who was that who was petty and small? Who was it that decided this story had not weight? Oh, right.
That was YOU.
"Dick Gephardt. A blast from the past. "
I'll pull out the Monkey Business reference. How screwed does Gary Hart feel? With Bubba's antics in the Oval Office and John "Snake Oil" Edwards he must be shaking his head.
At least Gary fooled around with a hottie.
"petty and small" quoting your partner again scott? Keep your personal life to yourself please and what does THAT have to do with ACORN?
"comment on EVERY story (in a negative, Democrat light, of course). "
LOL. Do you not realize EVERY story run is negative, in a republican light.
even the ones on veteran's day and the Marines' birthday took swipes at the democratic party.
"BIG GOVERNMENT, where we focus on LITTLE THINGS"
LOL.

Not unlike EVERY SINGLE NEWS EPISODE during the Bush Administration, right? And every comedy show? And ever news article?
yeah, you see, your party is in power and doing a poor job. So they get called on it. You coming here and feigning outrage because it is being talked about is pretty biased and your memory is pretty short lived.
You certainly have focused a lot of attention on the site in general. Even took the time to respond to lots and lots and lots of articles. You would think if the focus were on little things, you would have left by now. But you come here and spout one sided rhetoric exactly BECAUSE you know it isn't a little thing.
I just call Ms. Redington's office and asked when assault charges were going to be filed in this case and was told that "it was still under review" . Doesn't seem that complicated to me that it would take this long to "review".
The Democrat prosecutor McCullough was part of the embarassing "Truth Squad" the Democrats set up to intimidate those who would point out the truth about Obama.
A clear abuse of power.
It amazes me that scott_z isn't shouting for an investigation of Acorn on alleged charges of fraud, racketeering, embezzlement, voter registration fraud and ballot boxd stuffing, and that's just off the top of my head. Or what about screaming for charges being brought against two SEIU thugs for beating innocent citizens? There IS video, you know. After all, I thought the left were for the little people and if the little people are getting screwed over left and right, you'd think scotty would demand answers. But, no, to a lefty the end justifies the means. The above charges are all in a day's work for a lefty. Nothing to see here, isn't that right, scotty?
I forgot to add that Acorn is (or was) scheduled to receive billions of dollars from the non-stimulus bill so that they can continue to promote their good friend and former trainer, Barack Obama. mmm.mmm.mmmm. You know, the former trainer who allegedly encouraged the little people (scapegoats) to conduct sit-ins in front of banks and mortgage companies? Some people might call them "shakedowns."
I'm sure they have video. They're just waiting to get their eyes checked. Probably take a few months if they have something similar to Obamacare.
No Rule of Law…just Thugocracy. If laws are enforced according to political orientation, it won't take long for good people to become incensed. The word is out. If justice is denied…no good can come from this.
Actually I think this could work. SEIU is loaded. There are enough hungry lawyers to make representation a non-issue. It is possible that this is in the works, awaiting the criminal prosecution. I wish them luck.
Maybe there are some "boots on the ground" in St. Louis that can bring pressure on the prosecutor to get her act together. Glad to see that someone above mentioned calling. Yes, it is important. Each time these evildoers get away with something they are emboldened to keep doing more of the same. To paraphrase, evil triumphs when good men do nothing.
Ah, yes..The Aboussie family……Ol' Louie, Ed and Ol' Leo Diamond of the Operating Engrs….Slay's Restaurant…. All of St.Louis politics solved by the, what were called way back when before PCness?—Oh yeh, the camel riders….and don't forget #42……..WOW ! Those were the days !
No justice; No peace – small & petty?
Ya know, if they're gonna accuse conservatives of assault, perhaps they should be given a real reason to complain.
The one thing you can count in when you see this kind of stonewalling and the abuse of power for a "truther" squad is that there is more going on. A power hungry liberal can't HELP but reach beyond their grasp to the next pile of money. Dig deep on Redington, and you will eventually find some kind of corruption involving money. THAT is a good way to fight the problem … follow the money.
I want to thank the county counselors!
I take their inaction as a sign that it is now OK to beat down people who have opposing political opinions.
WOOHOO!
Let the beatings begin!
So when do you think politically motivated violence becomes important? When it results in hospitalization? Death?
I think the proper time to punish people for being thugs is early, before it gets too extreme. I understand why you disagree — low-level political violence favors the left — but I didn't think any lefty would be so frank about it.
I'll grant you some credit for you your honesty, at least.
Well it tax payers dollars at work along with a little graft from you local WHO the lefties (SEIU, ACORN, and others), got to keep the money flowing in to the pockets of the Marxists so they can control the little people. Shut down the local government and that will correct the problem of a time
On an unrelated note, I've been listening to some of your podcasts and your hypocrisy on moderate Republicans is unbelievable. Only a couple of weeks ago you were criticizing far right conservatives for trying to chase away moderates and for not coming to grips with the basic strategy of big tent politics required to win elections. Then you made a sudden 180 without any explanation and have essentially crowned yourself queen poacher of the RINOs. You also had the nerve to wage a Crusade against Gingrich for supporting the very election strategy you yourself supported only a few days before he endorsed Dede. Gingrich is a far greater conservative intellect than you'll ever be and he actually knows how to win elections unlike you.
