In the two previous blog installments “Part 1: Quid Pro Quo” and “Part 2: Get Out Jail Free Cards” the real-life scandal of government union boss Ron Saathoff is documented. “Part 1” exposes Saathoff’s abuse of his position and taxpayers to reap a special taxpayer-funded retirement increase...

Karl. Be very careful. We the People are getting more disgusted with the "political machine" by the day. If you're not careful, you may end up helping the nomination of Sarah Palin………….. Just because YOU don't "like" her.
Ain’t it the truth.
The republican establishment wouldn't stand for this….
She will be greeted like Christine O'Donnell….. with disdain.
Sarah Palin is an iconic figure. Many like her but don't wish to see her as POTUS because of "experience". Because she left the govenorship early.
I contend that she has been the victim of a very strenuous campaign against her.
She doesn't represent the old guard GOP so Karl et al don't like her.
The left hates her. Reasons. . . . . why bother. They just hate her.
But Palin may be the dark horse candidate that we need. Hell, the establishment candidates are just suits with varying degrees of personality.
I still say she has my support and vote in 2012.
For awhile I, like most right wingers I suppose, liked Rove. Boy have my eyes been opened.
Karl, you are not wanted anymore, stay the hell out of it.
Bashing Christine AFTER we WON the nomination was unforgivable.
just no class. no class at all.
The left hates Sarah, the GOP establishment hates Sarah, maybe she should run?
I agree, he should have supported her. Who knows, she may have won.
Good point, what we got with poor experience hasn't sold the Smithsonian yet to the Chinese. But seriously Palin loves the campaign trail, but is smart enough not to want 4+ years of Demo inspired special prosecutors and NY Times cartoons.
He like all the rest of the good old boys will be going the way of the Edsel.
"Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master."
George Washington
Frankkly I wouldn't piss on Karl Rove if he was on fire.
Oh and Sarah Palin is hot.
Egg zactly.
I will say right here, right now I am more then happy to vote for Sarah Palin and hope she really pounds the hell out of the GOP establishment.
Here is a good read if you still can not figure out how in the world a bum like Obama can get elected President,. http://newsflavor.com/opinions/white-house-inside...
The progressives on both sides of the isle are corrupt and willing to sell us out. They are globalist by nature and Will sacrifice the US to gain the world .
What is it if a man gain the whole world and loose his soul?
….and Sarah smiles and grows STRONGER…….
Thanks for the toon Chris. Love seeing the left gnaw at themselves over Palin. She is like a flea that they just can't seem to get at. The hives and conniption fits that they are going to have with her as President is going to be priceless.
"Actually sir, Karl Rove's all over it."
LMAO, and ol Karl is digging a hole straight to HELL, keep on diggin Karl, you damn fool.
Who's paying Karl to dig himself into this hole?
Perhaps Mitt?
Time will tell!!!
.
Hi-dee Famous,…….. missed ya! Didja notice? Me 111, You 103?; )
Better get crackin' there, I'm only +89 from the winners circle, LOL!
See ya around, friend. Nice comment…
ENJOY!!!
.
Lets bury Foxs' inbox demanding they cut Rove. He is part of the problem!!!
A tick more like, she is sucking the life blood out of them, growing with each day and she is burrowed in deep.
btw: a foot of snow up here today, at least my Sat works.
….I'm back, 'Pone, rested and ready…..I think I've figured out your game – you post on any site that has Intensedebate !….. expect that 8 pt. lead to tighten soon….. hmmm, from your avatar photos a cute 8 might describe you…..hubba hubba…..hahaha
Very funny and well put Mr. Muir. Good work!
It might've added some context to the comic to mention that while the PPP poll shows Palin leading the Republican field, she performs the worst against Obama in the general of any of the potential Republicans candidates.

Where were the cartoon girls? They are the highlight of his unfunny comics.
Ain't global warming grand?
Maybe it's better if we keep him where we can see him.
Got it right, Chris. He's their guy, political parasite and a zero-value-added merchant.
Senate Republicans intend to block action on virtually all Democratic-backed legislation unrelated to tax cuts and government spending in the current postelection session of Congress, officials said Tuesday, adding that the leadership has quietly collected signatures on a letter pledging to carry out the strategy.
If carried out, it would doom Democratic-backed attempts to end the Pentagon's practice of discharging openly gay members of the military service and give legal status to young illegal immigrants who join the military or attend college.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has made both measures a priority as Democrats attempt to enact legislation long sought by groups that supported them in the recent midterm elections.
A nuclear arms treaty with Russia that President Barack Obama wants ratified would not be affected, since any debate would take place under different rules than those that apply to legislation. Even so, its passage is not assured as Republicans are seeking concessions from the White House.
Officials who disclosed the new Republican maneuver did so on condition of anonymity, saying they were not authorized to discuss it.
It was not known how many of the Senate's 42 Republicans had signed the draft letter, which the leadership intends to make public quickly.
Senate Democrats need 60 votes to overcome any delaying tactics, meaning they could be thwarted if 41 Republicans join in the commitment.
Democrats' chances of passing politically charged legislation will dim when the new Congress convenes in January, since Republicans will take control of the House and gain more Senate seats.
The letter comes after comments by Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell and others in his party that the voters made it clear in the elections they want lawmakers to focus on economic issues.
"Despite what some Democrats in Congress have suggested, voters did not signal they wanted more cooperation on the Democrats' big-government policies that most Americans oppose," McConnell and incoming House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, wrote in an op-ed article published in the Washington Post.

LOL That was good!!!!LOL!!! Poor Karl.
Isn't that the way they've been treating her all along?
*shrug*
Not sure I "liked" him, just the frothing raving he managed to inspire amongst the progs.
Haven't cared for Karl Rove since the early days of the Bush administration. He's little more than a Republican Dick Morris minus the toe-sucking thing.
Nothing bugs me more than the deranged libtards who just hate Sarah Palin with a passion, but at the same time I wish people would stop trying to push her as our next president, Americans like her as a speaker saying things they agree with, but we have already seen what happens when an inexperienced person with a lot of charisma and strong headed ideology try to tackle problems that are much bigger than they are.
Palin is a wonderful woman, but she is NOT ready to tackle the office of the presidency, I'd much rather have a Paul Ryan who actually knows what they are talking about without cheat sheets, actually understands the system in which he works, and can rip Obama apart on any given subject.
It seems the political machine still doesn't get it. They think they can tell people how to vote … But now people know how to vote. Get rid of the political machine and keep it out of Washington.
Along the way the people woke up, so your services are no longer needed. Now just go away.
I disagree. They are empty suited talking heads spewing the same old crap. There's not a real man or patriot among the bunch currently seeking the golden ring. What we need is a candidate with a big brass pair like Chris Christie or Allen West who will straighten out this mess we currently have in our present excuse for an administration.
In Washington a social gaffe is when someone slips and tells the TRUTH.
Of course Palin is shocking to them because she tells the truth all the time.
I really think Rove is a bigger RINO than McCain
