I know I am off topic here a bit but I am really in a surly mood today. Capitalism. Yes that ugly word that all of you liberals rail against. You prefer socialism or communism which is typical. Both failures. You propose and advocate for social programs from A-Z in this country but show disdain for the economic system that enables said social programs to survive. I really pity you because, if you have a job and lose it, your fallback position is the government. That is a worse crutch than alcohol or drugs ever dreamed of being. Conservatives? We rely on ourselves. Knowing that no matter what happens to us, we will pick up and start over again. Capitalism. That ugly word that you condemn with all your being but allows you to live the life you do. Except of course, when the government intervenes with programs like the Great Society, Social Security & Welfare. Then you get just enough to keep you poor, forever.

Still in the mood but feel a little better.

The best thing to ever happen to gun ownership in this country is the election of Obama. I guess there are trade-offs in every aspect of life. My gun will be with me forever. Obama will be gone in 3 years, if he doesn't resign before that. That is one plus on my side of the coin. .

I have been scared of these things for years. The biggest scheme of all time. I hope anyone who has these thoughts reads this next statment…………We have the 2nd amendment "the right to bear arms". Trying to fight in other countries is hard enough and they don't have gun rights. Trying to control America house by house…. lol good luck. They could try and the death tolls would surpass that of anything in history. We will have to guard against this. Ammunition and gun sales have been through the roof for the last few years (so were working on it). I fear this for my country but I do not fear them (progressives/marxist). I will be armed to the teeth till the day I die!!!!!!!

I got a call from my sister last night,( she's an obamao lover) trying to convince me that their way is best!!!

On another note, I have noticed lately that Fox News seems to have changed their dialog, I think ever since Ails had the meeting with o's admin they have backed off. Hannity seems to just be repeating himself, O'rielly is just babbling about ratings, and Beck, well he seems to have toned it down, although he is asking us to read up on our history, so we can find out for ourselves what he has discovered.

Politicians lie we all know that.
No politician that I can remember in my lifetime has ever come close to the magnitude of lies that have come from this President, yet he gets a pass, from the press and from the people.
Now…..what is different about this president that we allow him to get away with it?
I wonder….

Curiously no one wants to touch or go near the eight hundred pound gorilla in the room.
One person asked me or called me a racist. not sure they haven’t had the courage to respond and clarify their statement. One other person responded they would not touch that one.
No one else so far has responded.

I have a couple questions to ponder, what if our President were a woman, would she get a pass for all these lies and non representative government?
What if out President were a Mexican American, same deal, it’s ok to lie and shove unwanted ‘reform’ down our throats?
What if our President were a Native American, someone whose people were here long before any European Caucasians. Would that President get a pass for running a false and misleading campaign, deliberate obfuscation of his or her personal background for the nation's citizens to see just whom exactly is‘fundamentally transforming us’?

Well I am a Native American, and I can tell/show you one hell of a lot more about Native American History you will ever see taught in our federally funded schools…
My people have been called many things, I guess now I am a racist too.

There was a time in our history when if someone needed something because of hard circumstances, their family, their neighbors and their church would help them get on their feet again. Not to support them forever, but to get over the hard time and move on with taking care of themself. Now we look to the government to take care of us from cradle to grave, without having to give anything back, because it's my due. It is a sad world we live in right now.

The first comment has it right, our re-education camps are called public schooling.

There is a big push going on by the Federal Government, steered by the likes of Arne Duncan and Cass Sunstein, through their "Race To The Top" program to take over local school districts and consolidate them into state consortiums, nudging the definition of Charter Schools to enable putting Fed picked and certified teachers in place 'as needed' and removing all remaining local input and control from our children's education.

This program is being implemented in 40 states so far, here's a view from Missouri on the "Race To The Takeover", it's being billed as a funding measure and 'educational reform'… only in the way obamao meant to reform America.
