I still believe there may be a possibility, however remote, that one of these people who has been voting in support of this bill may actually be playing possum. By voting in support they advance to the final vote. Once in the final vote they could vote against it and effectively kill it. By doing so they might actually save their seat. I know it's a long shot but stranger things have happened.
