A politician, a journalist, a climatologist, and a scientist go into a bar.

Inside someone is cigared, someone else is lied to, someone else is screwed, and someone sits down at the bar and has a drink with the only one of the four who isn't a scoundrel...

...unless the scientist happens to be a teetotaler.

Sorry, but this is a bias I have long encountered, and it is not just "some" teachers. If you suggest a higher intelligence may have directed evolution, that is labeled intelligent design and non-science. Indeed, there is an implicit definition floating around that evolution must be totally undirected, either you agree there was absolutely no such outside influence or you are being completely non-scientific. They will not allow the possibility of a higher power, yet they cannot show that a higher power could not have been involved. By science the best they can say is it looks unlikely such involvement happened, they have seen no proof of it. They go beyond that, therefore they are the non-scientific ones.

Science asks us to believe in many things that are unseen, whose existence we may never definitively prove. Right now we are to believe in dark matter and dark energy, because, quite simply, it makes the numbers work out. And I don't have a problem with that, as that is how science goes. I am a thinking rational creature, expected to figure things out on my own, to be able to discover things about the physical world. I accept I have been directed to believe in evolution as that is what the evidence shows, as I believe in electricity and chemical interactions and many other things not mentioned in the Bible. It was never intended as an absolute instruction manual, we as a species are expected to figure things out for ourselves.

Currently science, by the discovery of dark matter and energy, has found out we weren't even aware of 90+ percent of what is in our own universe. Science is telling us it is highly likely our universe is not alone, there are possibly countless others.

Science, quite simply, tells us we do not know what all exists. The ongoing bias among evolution proponents is we absolutely know this does not exist. This is not metaphysical. This is the physical world, hard science. They want to push an agenda beyond what science will support, to hijack the science that exists, and insist that it is science. And that is what I call them out on.

"Wind Farms" are fraudulent, too , in this Climategate scheme.. They are overpriced, government subsidized, produce at less that 25% capacity (only when the wind blows at the right speed), and wreck the environment and peoples lives who are forced by our "elected frauds" to live in turbine shadows.

We need to hold our elected officials accountable.
