We need someone with your legislative experience. From what I understand the bill is intertwined with other noxious legislation making it a bigger trick then just saying "AB 32 is hearby repealed". Just give us the language, perhaps in a post on Chuck Devore dot com. Get us a draft, and we'll do the rest. I know Dan Logue worked on a bill to do the job, but that's a pipe dream with people like Tom Ammiano in the assembly to block it. We have to go around the gridlock and even Arnold's desk.
