Obama-Dodd Bank Bill: Spying on You

The legislation creates another federal bureaucracy — the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) that is nothing more than a systematic government invasion of your personal finances of every consumer creating a financial fingerprint for the government to watch over.
Dodd’s bill deputizes the CFPB to act as a new federal watchdog agency to collect consumers’ personal financial information and transactions including records from Automatic Teller Machines from any financial institution or firm.

Section 1022 – Under Dodd’s bill the CFPB is granted unprecedented power to write, administer and enforce federal consumer financial law with no Congressional oversight.
Section 1071 – Dodd’s bill compels financial institutions like banks, credit unions and stock brokerage firms to maintain records of all financial transactions including the number and dollar amount and to submit that information to the CFPB.
Perhaps the worst aspect of the bill is it leaves it up to the discretion of the CFPB bureaucrats to determine how to use the personal information collected on American consumers and to share that data with other Federal agencies as it sees fit.
The Dodd bill constitutes an unprecedented intrusion into the privacy of the American people. For this reason alone, it deserves to be defeated.

On the US Dollar it states; "This Note Is Legal Tender For All Debts Public And Private", it looks as though they intend do away with that whole "private transaction" thingy….
The next step toward a "world government" after disposing of the "private transaction" concept is to create a "universal and electronic" form of currency…
You'd better be good though because if you're not and you should dare to criticize them in any way they could simply wipe your "account", your "card" or your "chip" clean!
Once they have a worldwide "electronic currency" they have you right where they want you.
Right now they are busily and patiently "creating the right emergency" to justify and implement it.
They won't need to "publicly pick" winners and losers in broad daylight any longer, they will simply create them without anybody's prying eyes to take notice.

Why are "electronic medical records" and / or an "electronic biometric national identification system" so important to the "health control law" and "immigration reform", where does it lead us to in the end?
The traitorous Lindsay Graham and Chuckie Schumer are currently working on this "national ID" as part of their "immigration reform bill" and it is the centerpiece of it…

Two ways to fight this bill if it passes. Take all your money use a debit card that you load that is not tied to your SS# (there are plenty out there go to the poor parts of town and ask for one) or the easiest and my plan, pull every penny out of your account every morning and put it back every afternoon. These are the only ways to fight it. The first way gives them no information and the second way gives them too much. Both will screw up the IRS for years on your account.
They will go straight to your bank accounts with the new Progressive Consumption Tax – made in USA – they are planning it in the Obama Debt Commission.

My criteria is much simpler. Due to the complete erosion of trust, credibility, and even a semblance of intellectual capacity, anytime Dodd signs onto any legislation is reason alone for it to be defeated.

And *you* continue to believe that the Patriot Act is evil, but defend this abomination of a bill. Actually Mellon bank is offering that as an option already. It costs $35 per month and they do it every day but it renders debit cards dead. So you still have to do the no SS# debt card.

As for the Get Out of Our House link, I think this is a great idea, but see one huge hurtle based on Sarah Palin's experience. Regardless of what you think of Sarah, the message of her political experience is that the political elite will use their machine to financially ruin everyday americans who effectively play at the national level and have the talent to challenge their power. The political elite have unlimited resources to file lawsuits that will easily financially break everyday americans. Any movement would need to have the resources to defend those everyday americans that step up to be on point.

I think Sarah represents the everyday Americans, which most Progressives, consider all of us as fly over country. I have a question, What experience did Obama bring with him? None. He can speak with a TelePrompTer, but once you remove that, the emperor has no clothes. The Tea Party is about bringing back the American opportunity, and prosperity, and fiscal sanity back to the Republic. As for experience, I think we all know their game, divide and defeat.

Without a single doubt in my mind, this country is headed for a second revolution.
Everything passed under Odumbo is unconstitutional, means nothing. We have had unconstitutional bills passed under every President, Depart of Energy is Unconstitutional, as are nearly every department in the bureaucracy called Government. We have not had a Constitutional War since WWII, only Congress can declare war and they are not authorised to give the President authority to us the Military as he sees fit. Everything will continue to be unconstitutional until "We the people" take our Government back. The Constitution has Government flowing from us to the State and then to the Federal. Every American needs to read and understand the United States Constitution so that we can quote chapter and verse when they start doing this kind of thing. Lawsuits are another way to enforce, sue the President and every Senator or Congressman that votes for a measure that is unconstitutional. If your rights are not important enough for you to fight for them then you will surly lose them. If you are only going to gripe while someone else fights then you are aiding and abetting the enemy.
Now is the time to get off the grid. Do cash and money order transaction only, use throwaway cellphones and change them every few months. Get a concealed carry and keep one gun on you, find a place to stash the rest and all ammo. Invest in Ammo not gold, if things go wrong the ammo may well be worth more than gold. Get rid of credit cards, they are traced every time you use them. Do not use frequent customer rewards cards, they are traced and records kept. Get an encrypted email account and use it, never leave your computer online for long because they can be playing around in their with you having no idea. Make any data that you keep on personal information and convert it to a foreign language and encrypt it also. The Government is in everything you own electronic. The only thing safe for now is your head and they are working on that. Use an older automobile, later models started having OnStar and such and are very easily traced to keep up with your movements. I know this sounds like a paranoid person but you are not paranoid when they are spying on you. Be safe, be alert, be prepared.
