“My candidate is Martha…so I can mark it”
If one were trying to manufacturing fraudulent votes, absentee ballots would be a great place to start. In many cases stacks of these have been turned in at one time, making it impossible to verify that an individual voter submitted each ballot.

UPDATE: This Boston Globe story reports that Isabel Melendez is a community activist in Lawrence. She ran for mayor of the city in 2001, losing out by just over 900 votes.

Why? To cheat, that's why. Remember the absentee votes "found" for Al Franken? There's your model, right there.

Again – let me get this right because I am thick. In MA you can walk around with absentee ballots – aid people in completing them (including marking them for the candidate you support) – turn them in at the end of the day and then the votes are counted along with the people that actually took the time to go vote, or request an absentee ballot and then mail it?

This is why voting day should remain one singular, stand alone day where each person must be present to cast their votes.

Now we know why Oba-mao is not concerned about the 2012 elections. In addition, the Universal Voting Rights bill that Barney Franks and Chuck Shumer are trying to pass. This bill would allow convicted criminals and illegals to vote and people like Juan Jose Tomas Gracia Diaz would be able to vote under each and all combinations of his name. ie Juan Diaz, Juan Jose Diaz, Juan Tomas Diaz, etc. Nothing like an illegal voting 4 or 5 times.

I am one of the northern Minnesota voters defrauded by Al Franken and I am not happy. The ballots that were "found" were supposedly from a community just a few miles from me. There are just not enough voters in the area for it to have been legit, even if they all voted for Smally/Franken.

OK, now I dont like this at all.
However lets get one fact straight. If she is from Puerto Rico she IS a US citizen. ( The Jones-Shafroth Act (1917), applies to the grant of citizenship to all citizens of Puerto Rico. Also known as the "Jones Act of Puerto Rico" or "Jones Law of Puerto Rico", it amended the "Organic Act of Puerto Rico" created by the Foraker Act of 1900. (This "Jones Act" applies only to Puerto Rico.) The act was signed into law by President Woodrow Wilson on March 2, 1917.)
With that said someone should look into the ballots she submits.

The only exceptions should be for those who are incapacitated or who absolutely cannot be in their district, and the process should require extreme identification. You should have to file an affidavit with the ballot as well affirming that it was impossible for you to be there. Also, students and "snow birds" should have to vote ONLY in their home district, with verification. Don't tell me it can't be done. It can.

How much more proof do people need on the election fraud issue? Until arrests are made, charges issued and people go to prison the game shall remain the same and there will be 1 party rule forever…. comrades.
It looks to me like every voting precinct in America is going to need to be manned from start to finish in November by honest Americans live streaming the voter fraud that is likely to be taking place. Of course, by then though, Chuck Slim Schumer and Big Mouth Barney hope to have shoved Universal Voter Registration down upon us so that all the felons and illegals can also vote or at least help create such a chaos that no one can track all the fraud. And Eric Holder has already shown that he thinks Black Panthers weillding night sticks outside of voting locations isn't intimidating to voters so should be allowed. November 2010 elections are likely to be an absolute joke unless there is no new progressives legislation between then and now. Isabelle Melendez, a.k.a. "The Great Cornholio" needs to do some time for her crime. I would've taken those ballots away from her and suffered the consequences but I guess cooler heads are needed on the streets to document the extensive fraud going on.

Someone help me here — what is she saying exactly? All I'm getting is that she'd handing out absentee ballots and telling people to vote for Martha. If that's all, is it illegal? Based on what I'm reading here, others seem to think she's pre-filling in a Marth vote before handing them out, but I can't hear that through the accent. Just trying to figure out what's going on!.
