The email below, from a reporter of the Key News in Florida, speaks volumes about the mainstream media’s outlook on the political issues of the day. It is hard to know where to begin in dissecting this e-mail. Our personal favorite is the sense that, because Obama’s policies are so “needed” by the country, we can’t possibly brook any dissent. Journalists have been laid-off across the country, because of the media’s broken business model. Surely, the Key News can recruit a less-biased reporter. We have reached out to Mr. Guerra for his version of events. No comment yet, but we will keep you posted if we hear anything.

I remember as a teenager watching the outstanding miniseries on PBS called “I Claudius”. For those younger than myself this series was about the life and times of the Roman Emperor Claudius. During his lifetime he was witness to some of the worst debauchery of the Roman Empire and as Emperor was guilty of much of the same corruption. Towards the end of his life he was aware that his wife was trying to poison him to put her son Nero in his place. Finally after tiring of his life and all the ugliness of it, he willfully ate the poison while thinking “Let all the poisons that lurk in the mud hatch out” In other words he was done with trying to protect the corrupt Roman empire and was going to let it go to heck in a handbasket which is exactly what happened under Nero. The willful abandoning of journalistic ethics by the MSM strikes me as similiar. It’s as if they think that America needs to be destroyed to achieve what they think of as fairness. I cannot come up with any other explanation for their blindness as regards Obama. This man represents the most dangerous threat to the American way of life that I’ve ever heard of. There is NO WAY that the MSM doesn’t know this. Reading the email above by this lefty loon I am struck with how religious this appears to be. It’s as if Obama is his god, not just an elected president. It’s time for those still employed in the MSM to stand up, and stand against these Chicago thug policies otherwise all the poisons that lurk in the mud will hatch out. Ask yourself MSM, do you really want Emperor Obama?

I have found that the Senators and the Representative from my district are not responsive to anything I have to say as a constituent. All I get from them are the same talking points they use on the campaign trail. No news organization has ever been perfect. But right now the major networks and dailies are so flawed and so ideologically charged they are circling the drain–and rightly so. Maybe I am being wishful, but I sent a email to the CEO ( Cooke’s grandson) and the Publisher. Frist to notify them that one of their employees had sent the above horrible email and to give them the benefit of doubt that they may not know what their employee had sent. The I Claudius comment was very fitting, but my curiosity is just what is it about in the allure of Barack Obama (his name is really pronounced Bear ICK as that is what his dad was known as and how his mother called his Kenyan father.) which has propagandists now not hiding they are shills?

You readers would be well advised to also read what Peggy Noonan has written that also appears on the same Drudge page as this article. Noonan captures what the first respondant states only modernizes it: Obama has got to accept the fact that at this point and everything he does or doesn’t do forward is “his ownership.” He can blame as Claudius did all the way up to an including every past President to Obama himself…and his people, but the time came and comes again to “own up to it.” Some will argue Obama has or will soon “drink the poison” too for even with just a year of experience, 10% unemployment, soaring deficits and if you aren’t aware inflation is rearing its ugly head too with moderates predicting double-digit inflation of Paul Volker’s day returning. As someone who has lived in Key West for over 31 years, I subscribe to the Key West Citizen. I also write Letters to the Editor, which they always publish. That said, this is clearly an isolated incident. I am a conservative and The Citizen does not publish anything of this nature not do they condone "Hate" speech.
I am quite confident that the Editor or the powers that be will take immediate action as they do not want a blemish on their newspaper.

I told my husband when Obama won the election that the greatest threat to his safety would come from the left. They are the ones who will be capable of vicious retribution when their "passionate" ideals are let down. One of the most certain things about liberals is that the lies they tell because "the end justifies the means" will ultimately destroy them – because they end up believing their own lies. They will be thrown off balance and out of power when the realities can simply no longer be denied.

White House. Bewildered and dejected, the three trick-or-treaters were escorted safely off the grounds.
Once inside, the President took the three bags filled with goodies, and directed his "go-fer" to get the
Teleprompter ready and call the press – all FOUR networks… and meet at the nearest homeless shelter.
The singing and chanting began, the cameras rolled, the speech was recited

and in time for the late night news, the entire country heard from every main stream media source…

What will happen in November 2010 is very simple.
First, lawyers for the Democratic Party will file suits to overturn every election in which a Democratic candidate is not a "shoe-in" and they will do it before the first vote is even counted.
Second, a phony "national crisis" will be declared and Obama will attempt to declare martial law while the Dems still control the House and Senate. That will stop any and all elections indefinitely, which will lead to Obama becoming the American Hugo Chavez, President for Life.
The only real hope we have is that the American military will not comply with illegal orders stemming from a phony "national crisis." If they follow illegal orders and do not comply with their oath to uphold the Constitution above and beyond the obligation to Obama as Commander in Chief, then a civil war is a significant possibility.

A "Messiah" has to rise from the dead to be considered a Messiah. I hope for the sake of this country that NO attempt is made on this President's life. Can you imagine the chaos?
