Afghan TV Confirms BIGs Scoop: Mullah Omar in Pakistani Custody
by Brad ThorBack on May 10th, we broke the story that Taliban leader, Mullah Omar had been captured by the Pakistanis.
Our reporting was subsequently backed up by The Jawa Report, Oliver North, Millblogger Baba Tim, Uncle Jimbo at Blackfive.net, the Nation, and Iranian Television. Even Newsweek magazine added a dog to the hunt with their story, “Taliban in Turmoil,” chronicling the total disarray the Taliban have been in since Mullah Omar disappeared.

I still contend that Osama bin Laden is Osama been Dead for quite some time now… I believe Bin Laden died four or five (maybe even six?) years ago when he stopped appearing in the taunting/threatening videos he so relished in where he says stuff and points his finger a lot. I do not believe that the audio threats received since then have been bin Laden – video has been his MO from the beginning, not audio. It's easier to fake audio than video.. or at least proclaim that "it is bin Laden on the tape." I dunno of you remember the pathetic attempt al Qaeda made at faking a Bin Laden video taunt some years ago where the audio and video didn't match and then the video froze? I also believe that the authorities in the US, high ups at the CIA and the President, know he's dead. What I'm not sure of is why they have hidden this from the public. I'm also not sure if Ayman al-Zawahiri is alive or pushin up sand somewhere – we haven't heard from him in awhile AFAIK.
Bring him to Gitmo for some serious waterboarding.

Any "disarry" for the Taliban is excellent news! I always pray that their explosives will go off prematurely before they can hurt out troops or other innocent people!

If Pak-I-Stan has him in custody, he might as well be free.
One thing I like about that country though is the awesome name of it's capital. Islam-a-BAD.
Why oh why do I have the feeling that the next scoop on this issue shall be "Mullah Omar mysteriously escapes Pakistani custody?"
Get him in the ground as soon as possible, and make sure he's there.
