UPDATE: Union Goon Only Supports ‘Some’ Violence?

So it goes after we recently brought you the troubled Tweets of former HuffPo writer, labor activist, and self-described 3rd-generation union organizer Mike Elk, who broadcast: “We need to find those scabs and kick their ass.”
Mr. Elk feels, apparently, treated unfairly by us directly quoting him, so we’re airing his grievance and letting you decide. He claims that listing his Tweets out of order (to improve readability) was “unethical journalism.” We are greatly amused at such talk from a guy who was seemingly, allegedly bounced from his unpaid gig writing at Huffing Post because he used the guise of journalism to support highly aggressive union organizing actions. But check out his Twitter stream for yourself (see Wednesday, July 20, 2011) and you be the judge if his direct quotes misrepresent him.
More importantly, the Elk’s Dodge was “I dont promote physical violence of any kind against scabs, just verbally heat exchanges w/ scabs, u misinterpted plz correct”. Unfortunately for that flimsy claim, he’d already added that “I dont support physically violent attacks on scabs just verbally violently attacks on scabs which I was referring to there”. Verbal violence? When does verbal violence turn into physical violence?
So is the takeaway that some sorts of violence are ok and others are not? Is this what the modern labor movement really believes but is generally too afraid to acknowledge, or is he a rogue writer who failed to tame his Tweets? That he is defending one form of violence ought to be instructive.
Finally, Mr. Congeniality asked that we include a picture that “more accurately reflects” his “current state of balding” (though we sort of prefer this one). He would also like to share photo credit with Maria Bryk, so it is so shared.

The Second Amendment protects America from said Union Members.

I have heard from prosecutors that verbal abuse IS chargable Domestic Violence!!! That's right, you read that correctly. I have to admit that these union-themed stories and vids–so many of them over these last few months–are causing me to have unpleasant flashbacks to the time I was a government employee. So many people STILL don't understand the huge differences between public and private sector employee unions, and equate these gangsters with the brave miners and factory workers who risked livelihoods and lives for better working conditions.
Of course, it's a good thing that Big Govt is exposing the true sordid ugliness of the public employee unions–more power to them. But damn, I'm realizing I have blocked out a lot of really bad memories I have of working for City, and then State, government back in the 1970s, 80s, and 90s.
NOTE: I see a lot of my "friends" from internet land post here on a regular basis and have already punished me for commenting on articles on this site. HOW COOL IS THAT??!!

The whole point of forming a union is to use force to get what you want.
The only reason for the existence of unions is to prevent others from taking a job for less, because there are those willing to do the work for less.

Well, when the nation has a president who exhorts his supporters to bring a gun to a knife fight, and uses other despicable metaphors, it sort of feeds on itself. Democrats are so civil. Imagine what if a conservative Sean Hannity said, "I wish all Democrats were like Yasir Arafat and was dead". They talk about their civility and try to shame the right for preceived non-civility, while they attack, attack, attack. It ain't happening on my turf.

I have 20 years of experience with unions. EVERY SINGLE union thug runs away scared when you inform them that yes, they can hurt people but so can you. They are cowards… which is why they hide in the mob of a union in the first place. This is why they hold the union so sacred. Without the union mob they would be helpless.

They always have (at least) 3 Chicago polling places that can't open on time for some BS reason or another and get court orders to keep them open later. If the race looks close (after the usual amount of voter fraud) then those late places have "record" voter turn out for____(guess the party).
Nobody ever looks into the fraud because the Atty. Gen. is ALWAYS a D from Chicago (or Crook Co…..same thing).

Here, watch this and you will understand a bit better. Yes, it burned the Constitution long ago and even when SCOTUS tells Illinois government (Chicago) that the Second Amendment (Defined in Heller versus D.C.) applies here too,(McDonald versus Chicago) they simply IGNORE it 100%.

Via nothing more than exercise of the First Amendment, government has figured out- strike that- imposed a way to take your money (fines) and property (guns) away from you, force you to perform slave labor (community service) and obliterate your right to defend your own life, or your country, with arms. (revoke Second Amendment protections).
