Your Handy Guide To Obama Board’s Attack on Workplace Democracy

But the weekend event also held lots of policy and digital advocacy conversations, including one on the issue of union thugs trying to kill American companies and jobs.
A hot topic, of course, is the NLRB’s threat to kill jobs at a Boeing plant in South Carolina (because of which legislators are considering the Job Protection Act). But, sadly, there are many other concerns on the horizon, including “project labor agreements” that shut out the vast majority of the construction workforce and a host below-the-radar issues before the Big Labor-stacked National Labor Relations Board that threaten to kill jobs and slow our economy in the name of helping President Obama’s biggest political backer. Honestly, the way to handle and take down the Government Unions is to STOP ALL payroll deductions …which, by the way, is how the Unions were able to get their Dues "Payroll Deducted". If NO payroll deductions are allowed, then the Unions will have to collect from their member directly – gosh darn, ya think they might have a problem with this?
This is Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals" in reverse. WE would win – Union Thugs would lose …is Case Law.

Yes but the workers do not have a right to go to the gov and get the gov to force an employer to go along with their demands. By all means protest, boycott, picket, convince people not to do business or work for a company through non-forceful ways.
But when unions use the gov or use force or violate property rights then they aren't unions. They are bullies.

Solution: STOP ALL Gov't Employee Payroll Deductions …this is an automated system, and if you allow ONE you MUST allow allow ALL others. Hellllooo !!!! Write, Call, Fax your Fed and State Reps – the UNIONS made this "precedent CASE Law" which means if you allow for NO payroll deductions – the Union Thugs are on their own.
Yes, the country is a mess now, but there is also an illusion of stability, and people continue on more or less like normal. But it's held together together by a slender thread, and there are half a dozen looming things, any one of which might sever that thread and cause a rapid unraveling. Those that haven't been paying attention will be stunned how suddenly the world can change for the worse. An amazing feature of our times is the repetition with which utterly forseeable events surprise people when they arrive.
The alignment of the employees interest and that of the companies are natural occurrences. It is the unions that burrow in-between the two and cause a caustic relationship to inevitably be created.
Boeing is trying to survive. It is balancing out it's risks. Remember the reason they are doing this is to bring more of the Dreamliners production under one roof so they can control all, or most aspects of production, before they had planned to outsource most of it and do an assembly job.
This is better for the flying public, it is better for Boeing, and it creates growth. Of course Obama would be against it.

Reminds me of the term "asynchronous warfare". In a center-right country, they are fewer in number, but have succeeded in their goals disproportionabely by burrowing like ticks into key areas such as politicians (of both parties), MSM and academia. By dominating those fields, they've managed to misdirect, mislead and brainwash enough citizens to get what they want. And so, here we are at the brink. In our favor, as throughout history, new media revolutionizes politics. Let's hope and pray it's not too late.

I've long advocated making willful violation of the Constitution a criminal offense. IE: Congressmen who vote FOR a law that would restrict speech, for example, could be charged with a crime (and thus removed from office).
The Constitution contains many well conceived checks and balances. However, it doesn't have much in the way of enforcement mechanisms. The only deliberate one seems to be the second amendment, which would hold over the government's head a "Sword of Damocles" incentive to NOT violate the law. That isn't so powerful anymore with thousands of regulations restricting private firearms and the fact that unlike the 18th Century, the government now reserves for itself weapons the citizens cannot own.
I hate the use of the word democracy.
Democracy is absolutely the WORST form of government or management that could be come up with. It's literal mob rule. Much of what we've been seeing in the last decades in this country is TOO MUCH DEMOCRACY. Too much allowing the looter class to vote themselves more loot, for example, because they have a majority in the Congress.
We are supposed to be a representative REPUBLIC. Our Constitution also protects the rights of the minority, not just from the government, BUT FROM A VOTING MAJORITY. IE: Neither the government, nor a voting majority can legislate away your freedom of speech, right to assemble, right to bear arms, right to be secure in your person and property, etc. For the US to be a democracy, all that would actually have to be taken away!
By any other name these union goons and the tactics they leverage are enemies of the state in any other time….. now, they are welcomed by our nations leaders.
This NLRB attack on Boeing is chilling. The government is interjecting itself into the corporation's business, telling it what it will and will not do. Boeing's job is to make a profit for its shareholders. That is the way it works in this country, until the advent of Obama. This pro-union, anti-business administration is determined to change the relationship between unions and business and this is a receipe for disaster. I would not be the least surprised if Boeing took its entire operation out of this country and gave the Obama regime a one finger salute.
The way to take down all unions is for Congress to pass a Federal RIGHT TO WORK bill. States can opt out of it if they wish, but it would give the emloyees true democracy by giving them a choice to join a union or not. Congress should also pass a Anti-Card Check bill, that upholds the secret ballot when the employees decide if they want a union or not. Petitions with signatures would be forbidden as a means of certifying a union in a particular company.
Naturally, these two bills will need to wait until the Republicans win a majority in the Senate and win the White House in 2012. Then, the working of repealing the policies of the Obama regime can begin.
Every day the Dem Socialists march forward trampling on our Laws. Real Americans see this intrusion into our lives and the fact that there have been no consequences for Omarxist and DOJs forceful bulldozing of traditional American freedoms, because they cover each other and flaunt their power.
We can't run from this. We must stand fast and ENFORCE our Laws against this mob of Socialists in our Government and across the Nation.
I saw the Governors on Fox& Friends this morning. They are a powerful force against a top heavy Socialist Fed Govt & Union socialist Dem parasites. I'm looking forward to their continued courage to put forth their great American Stragegy Plans against the enemy within.
By the way, NBC omitting "under God" from our Pledge of Allegience, twice, yesterday during the US Golf Open, should be a call for a trial for treasonous action against a Nation! If they are not brought front & center and sued for thier anti-American actions then we have only ourselves to blame as the Socialist Dems continue to attempt to take our freedoms and traditions away from US.
Whether or not one believes that we are a Nation under God isn't the issue. The fact that our American Pledge of Allegience was mutilated on NBC Network TV station needs to be addressed publicly in order to preserve our freedoms.
I fight daily and weekly on blogs and in my community… atm I am fighting the city of Arlington Texas in attempts to stop them from putting in 800k $ worth of bicycle lanes on our city streets… using funds for street repairs to humor a few hundred cyclists and politicians.
I call into radio talk shows daily to bring many other governmental wastes into the sunlight so others know what is happening in their cities so they too can take action.

In Charleston, Boeing is not bound by IAM restrictions and should continue to finish the Dreamliner factory and begin construction. The NLRB's case is fraught with supposition, delaying tactics and wishful thinking, the latter being that the administration has its back, but they clearly have no standing, as the courts will soon rule. Mr. Obama is all about the rule of law, his law, and is drunk with the power that he believes is his to wield simply because he's president. Boeing should extend the big middle finger to 'big labor' and get back to work.
Gov. Tom McDonnell, (R) Va,, Gov. Scott Walker (R) and Gov Hickenlooper (D) Colorado who all believe strongly that job creation comes from the bottom up, at the local level, and not from this top-heavy Administration.
It seems that these Governors are of the same belief that our Fed Govt is killing jobs, and that the Govs and Mayors need to take over the fight for free enterprise and a smaller, less intrusive Fed Govt. That's was was presented by these 3 Govs this morning.
The tech stock mania, 9/11, the mortgage mania, the financial meltdown of 2008, the election of Barack Obama.
All were predictable, avoidable disasters, in most cases, the worst effects of which have yet to be suffered.
