From a Post on The Hill blog:
Citizens Statement: If the Federal Government signs into Law new regulations based on UN/IPCC sponsored climate research, before fully investigating all of the disturbing questions raised by recent revelations related to scientific methods apparently used by IPCC sponsored climate scientists, it will be considered an Act of Contempt against the People by their Government. Our very Constitution faces super-session by irrevocable International Climate Treaties. Furthermore, the Peoples money has been stolen from them by the Government and used for said purposes. Initiative:The Declaration of Independence as guidance, it is only wise to begin preparations now in advance of anticipated actions by elected officials. Begin citizen initiatives in the various States demanding their legislatures pass, and their Governors sign, Desist Resolutions against the United States Federal Government. Desist Resolutions will accomplish, but in no way be limited to, immediate cessation of payment on all Federal tax collections until all Climate Fraud Debt is returned in full to the People; placing individual State National Guard units on high alert ; and using new State Powers to pass temporary Interstate Commerce Agreements between member War Resolution states.

It's fuuny, in a sad kind of way. In Chicago if they at least had one of these to register to vote, it would keep acorn from registering one person multiple times. And if they required it for food stamps and other benefits illegal aliens get now, it would keep fraud down.

That's what it was for, it admits someone with his name was actually alive and born. Not a made up person.

You can see why reasonable people expect more before they're convinced he's a real citizen?
