I watched Beck yesterday and my opinion is the same as John Bolton who was also on – it is meaningless unless it is ratified. If some minor state dept. nut is under a misconception about the law then deal with that person.

The Constitution makes it very clear that treaties must be ratified by Congress. If you make a big deal about crap that doesn't really matter then nobody will take you seriously when you are trying to tell them important things.
