The more I think about this, however, you may be on to something: Washington is run by washingtnon idiots (although they can be naturalized), Chicago is run by native thugs, California is run by Flakes (both native and illegal). Maybe we should just let hawaii join in the fun. Their idiots can't do any worse than the rest.
