I am Kenneth Gladney. I live in St.Louis Missouri and was raised by loving parents who had high hopes for me and my twin brother Keith. My brother and I are the youngest of the five kids and our lives are like night and day. As a teen I suffered from leukemia; my brother saved my life. Since then I have lived a somewhat closed life but still maintain a positive attitude. I am unemployed at this time and, yes, I do have health insurance. I believe in God and I feel that life is all of what you make of it. Always remain positive.

Contributing to the Kenneth Earl Gladney Trust
by Kenneth GladneyAndrew Breitbart has been very generous with space on this blog defending me and telling the story of how I was beaten by SEIU thugs. Once again he has reached out and offered me an opportunity ask for your help. Below is a letter from my brother, Keith Gladney, and it describes my life at this place and time and what you, the Big Government readers who have continued to support me for months and months, can do to help me get back on my feet.
Thank you very much for your time.
Sincereley,
Kenneth Gladney

I Am Kenneth Gladney
by Kenneth GladneyI am a man with no chips on his shoulders and no axes to grind. I just want to be an accepted member of society. I want to make my own way in the world. A free man in a free country. On August 6, 2009 my manhood and my civil rights were reversed back to the 1960’s. I was working as a vendor at a townhall event on Aging, hosted by Rep. Russ Carnahan, in St. Louis. I was selling my buttons and flags.

A group of people with purple t-shirts were leaving the rally. As the group walked past me, I offered one of the gentlemen a Gadsen flag and a button. The man turned and looked at my board and said, “who in the fuck is selling this shit?”
I replied “I am Sir, would you like a flag or a button?“
