Howard Husock is the Vice President, Policy Research and the Director of the Manhattan Institute's Social Entrepreneurship Initiative. He was formerly the director of case studies in public policy and management at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. Husock is a prolific writer on housing and urban policy issues.
