In any event, she sure doesn't give up. Do you all know, that Rachel Maddow from MSNBC is on the ACORN website, shilling for them? Amazing.
It's ironic she calls out the "bankers who destroyed our economy." So is she saying the bankers should NOT have given homes to people who couldn't afford them? Very puzzling.
And the band played on,,,,, These people remind of all the B movie Zombies. Despite all the obvious evidence to the contrary they carry on as if nothing ever happened. Aided and abetted by the non-functioning world of journalism they will continue to be an insidious cancer growing amongst the populace. We must be tireless in our pursuit of sunlight and justice. This is not a battle, it is a war.
So, it’s unconstitutional to stop funding ACORN’s inappropriate activities, but it is entirely constitutional to silence someone’s free speech?

And yet there still has not been an investigation into this group. Bertha (a name I was considering naming my next puppy, till she came along) is safe until Congress morphes into something resembling the Constitutions description of the original Legislative branch, ie., one without Lobbists, special intrest groups, lawyers, and professional politicians…its pretty stupid of her to stir the pot with FNC. I particularily like the bit where she wants people to stand up to congress because singling out an individual organization to defund is unconstitutional and a political witch hunt. I am SURE she was so vigilant when the White House was targeting individual PEOPLE to lose contracted bonuses (AIG, GM, many TARP organizations). Will her arguement be "They took Government Money"? Because ACORN takes government money, right? Lets face it- ACORN fired embarassing employees (a right that a business has, btw, but also expected if they are engaging in criminal enterprises) and they expect FOX to praise them for it. They suspended new services (as they should during an investigation) and they expect FOX to praise them for it. They appoint an INTERNAL investigator to advise them (one that already has close ties to their organization, I might add) and will not publish the findings or even communicate the synopsis of the investiagtion and they expect FOX to praise them for it? Pure foolishness…
