There is no better way of abdominal fat loss than to eat balanced foods and a nutritious diet. Indulge yourself into activities that will allow you to sweat. Do cardio exercises or try running, jogging or walking. There are just so many things that you can do to encourage fat loss. Weight training has the ability to increase lean muscle mass as well as your metabolic rate. This means that you can burn fat even when you are resting. So now, try to look for activities that may encourage flatter abdomen!

Part 3...

YES, people kill people ... always have and always will, but guns are not necessarily part and parcel of the equation. Many a killer has employed other methods. Regardless, common sense dictates that an inanimate object is not accountable for a crime. Homicide is a behavior ... not a device. If guns kill people, then pencils misspell words, matches cause arson, and cameras are responsible for pornography. Guns are not inherently good or bad. Like any other tool, a gun can be used or misused. A gun in the hands of a bad person is not a good thing just as and a gun in the hands of a good person is not a bad thing. Failed knee-jerk "feel good" laws are not a solution. Prohibition did not curtail the flow of alcohol. A "war on guns" will not rid our society of guns any more than "the war on drugs" has rid our society of drugs. By definition, a criminal does not abide by the law. It should be noted that criminals approve of gun bans. Why? Because It makes their job easier. What is it that lawmakers and anti-gun zealots not understand about this? Ask yourself this important question about the country in which you live. Would there have even been an American Revolution and a U.S.A. with a gun ban in effect? Whereas, it is your right to choose not to own a firearm, it is not your right to expect me to relinquish my Constitutional right to own a firearm. What part of "shall not be infringed" is not understood here?

Part 4...

The Second Amendment is a doomsday provision specifically designed for the rare but plausible circumstance in which all other rights have been infringed ... when government oppression and repression prevails and courts have lost the courage of opposition, or can find no one to enforce their decrees. However improbable these contingencies may appear to be today, facing them unprepared is a mistake a free people get to make but only once.

Some rights are inalienable and antecedents to law. Gun ownership is a fundamental right, not a privilege granted by government. The 2nd Amendment of the Constitution, which affirms the right to keep and bear arms was deliberately preconceived with the specific intention to preempt the legislature from enacting any law that contravenes the Constitution, including the Bill of Rights. Foremost in priority, the 2nd amendment is the custodian of our rights and the progenitor and guardian of our freedom.

Peaceful societies do not need gun bans and violent societies do not benefit from them. Gun control is not about guns. It's about control. People without guns are people without choices. An armed man is a citizen. An unarmed man is a subject. Those who trade liberty for security have neither.

Good intentions are a surreptitious overtures to advance concession to and assumption of authority. Necessity is a solicitation for abrogation of freedom. One should never consider proposed legislation from the perspective of the benefits it will provide if properly administered. One should always consider proposed legislation from the perspective of the potential harm it could cause if improperly administered.
