Earlier today, BigGovernment.com and BigJournalism.com revealed that a woman had come forward with what she claims are photographs, chats, and emails she exchanged with Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-NY).
The following photograph was allegedly emailed to the young woman in question from AnthonyWeiner@aol.com on Thursday, May 5, 2011, via BlackBerry:
The woman has indicated that Rep. Weiner allegedly sent the photograph after she asked him to confirm that he was taking photographs contemporaneously, in conjunction with their apparent online communications.

I get the sense this is going to be like Christmas morning, when my dad would make me open the batteries, and then the accessories, and then the action figures, before I finally got to open the giant Castle Greyskull playset.

Anthony knew he was about to be exposed, literally and figuratively, so he arranged all this trying to create an illusion that it is all just humdrum? You mean a sitting Democrat would want to obscure the truth they know is about to hit New Media?
My question, then, is how did he know this was all about to go down? Is there so very much more here? Could it be that Weiner was using his powers as a Congressman to monitor communications of those with which he had dealings? Is Anthony nailed in a spying on Americans incident – with an attempt to get people to focus on his weiner, visually, instead of Weiner himself and his abuse of power? Might that be why he doesn;t want the FBI involved? Could it be that the FBI was already involved – as in nefariously providing him information? Could it be that Weiner concocted this entire fiasco trying to hide coming information and he hides away from investigations because he doesn't want to see reality, actuality, spewed all over the pages of newspapers and websites.
As I said at the start, Anthony, you might have thought yo were untouchable but you found out you were not. And no, you didn't find out you wee touchable in other ways absent consequence.

One of the main things that gets me about this story is that there have been Republicans who have lost their jobs over less. I mean FAR less than the stunt that Anthony Weiner has supposedly pulled.
Usually I feel bad for someone when they do something that destroys their career.
I hate it when I see people bring themselves down.
For example, when James O'Keefe did the expose' on NPR. Sure, the NPR executive said a couple of foolish things, and James and the gang exposed it. When that same executive got fired by NPR for his remarks, I felt a little bit bad. I liked that NPR was being exposed as ideologues, but I didn't really want to see that guy get fired for making a couple of foolish statements.
Having said that, considering that Anthony Weiner has been SUCH a jerk, I have to laugh at his downfall.

The content of this particular photo is not the point.
The point is that the above photo (along with other more graphic photos, apparently) was emailed to a young woman who is NOT the Weiner's wife.
This is building the case against the Weiner to show that what happened previously is part of a pattern of behavior in which the Weiner is having, at the very least, inappropriate online relationships with women who are:
1) much younger than he
2) NOT his wife.
Was he "working" in Washington when this was taken??? Just asking
