Media Matters Honcho Attacks Israel, AIPAC: Calls Netanyahu ‘Terrorist’
by Andrew BreitbartMedia Matters Senior Foreign Policy Fellow MJ Rosenberg unleashed a stream of anti-Israel vitriol today, calling Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a “terrorist” and accusing pro-Israel activists of being un-American.
As Netanyahu gave a stern but statesmanlike response to President Barack Obama’s speech yesterday, Rosenberg could not restrain his hatred. It was the latest, and the worst, anti-Israel attack by Media Matters’s foreign affairs head.
He also attacked the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), the large pro-Israel lobby organization whose annual Policy Conference begins this weekend, accusing it of disloyalty to the United States: ”Saying AIPAC is guilty of dual loyalty is giving it credit for one more loyalty than it holds.”
Everyone knows that Media Matters is President Obama’s PR department, so Rosenberg’s anti-Israel bigotry is particularly telling, and troubling.
Rosenberg’s statements are also an indicator of how the left will try to persuade pro-Israel voters to support Obama in 2012, despite his poor record.
They will attack Netanyahu, and use Saul Alinsky tactics to try to marginalize AIPAC, an organization very much in the mainstream. They will also try to scare Jewish voters into thinking that voting against Obama is voting against America.
Ironically, Rosenberg’s comments about pro-Israel Americans echo those of Pat Buchanan, who frequently attacks AIPAC and American Jews in terms regarded as anti-Semitic.
Will Media Matters expel the bigot in its midst?

So, by Rosenberg's reasoning, Haniyeh is a patriot and radical pro-Palestinian activist groups like Code Pink and ISM are the real Americans. FAIL. Rosenberg would have made a great Sonderkommando in WWII Poland. As to American Jews being fooled into voting for Obama, I think they know now. Obama has removed all doubt as to who's side he's really on, and it ain't theirs. Hopey Changey won't wash in 2012. Obama has a record now, and his record can't be obscured in opaqueness and subterfuge like the rest of his "transparent" administration.

Guessing from his name I assume this guy is Jewish. His accusation against AIPAC is very much the reason why many Jews are anti-Israel and, in fact, antisemites. This fear that non-jews will suspect them for not being real Americans and that their first loyalty is to the Jewish people. They are afraid that this will prevent them from being accepted, and will maybe draw anti-semite reactions towards them. So in order to refute that they adopt the most hostile views towards Jews and Israel- if I'm so critical of Israel, how can you accuse me of being disloyal? When these people encounter a Jew that IS advocating for Jews and Israel, they will accuse them of what they feared most of being accused. How else can they justify their own betrayal? How can they accept others not being afraid and being true to themselves? That will demand facing their own cowardice, and they're not about to do that… Look at the behavior of many American Jewish leaders during WWII, not wanting to draw attention to the massacre of their people for fear of the war being labeled "A Jewish war" and drawing attention to themselves as such. Not only did they kept quiet themselves but also attacked those that had the courage they lacked.
Netanyahu does not fear Media Matters, and he probably knows exactly what Soros is. MM may beat its skinny little subsidize chest full of hate all day long. No one has to listen.

No HLB, compromise is exactly what is not needed. You never achieve peace through negotiation. You only get peace when one side is victorious and the terms of surrender are negotiated. That was Israel's mistake after they were attacked in the 1967 war and kicked the Arab's a$$. They should have never voluntarily relinquished the territory gained in the conflict. Never in my life did I ever think we'd have a president and extreme left movement in my country, that smirked in pleasure while aiding the enemies our best ally, the state of Israel. Back a long time ago, when Israel had to go into Lebanon to stop artillery fire on it's border settlements, we kinda talked about it in our unit.
