Eh, liberal book reviewers just kind of ignore conservative books that are worth reading, or make really, really vague comments about how the arguments "aren't convincing." (Which is technically true–lefty ideologues will never be swayed by reason, thus no conservative arguments are ever "convincing.")

This book will only inspire nostalgia in people that remember a day before any stark raving lunatic could get his wild tales in print. With its humble subtitle of "Excuse Me While I Save The World!" one can only wonder at the great depths of mysteries revealed about a person so shallow that he recently professed his fear of WI protesters and their "violence" then seconds later plunged himself into the "mob" to get a doctor's note.

One can't expect a coherent read from a semi-literate fear merchant with a penchant for Zima, bedhead, and rollerblades, but perhaps we'll get a few answers. Like, how Andy managed to waylay the simpering O'Keefe to such a degree that the younger disciple ended up criminally charged and on probation. Or, how becoming a laughing stock over the Sherrod affair somehow empowered Andy to ramp up his website's repugnant right wing fringe views. Or, maybe he'll finally answer questions about his allegedly sham marriage.
But, as there is nothing really there to tell, I'm not sure why Andy's story isn't simply printed on a 3 page brochure and copied at Kinko's. Oh, wait, his readers. Yes, his audience explains the size and length of this tract. It's a pop up book. A sneak preview allowed me to see page 58 that featured a pop up Andy at a lectern giving his speech at CPAC. When you pull the tab on the left side, Andy's arm goes for another drink of water to quench his ecstasy driven thirst and the detail in the illustrations of Andy's disheveled, unshaven, and obviously unshowered appearance is exquisite.

April 15th, an appropriate anniversary to publish this thing. No, not tax day. The disasterous sinking of the Titanic is the correct anniversary to mark the publication. Disasterous writing.
