ACORN Scandal, Part 2: The Evidentiary Phase

In seven out of eight offices, ACORN employees attempted to aid and abet O’Keefe and Giles’ illicit “scheme” to establish a brothel for underage illegal-immigrant prostitutes from Central America. .
That phase has been tabled for a future date, as I forthrightly stated last Thursday evening to Attorney General Eric Holder on FOX NEWS’ Hannity show.
The next phase will be the evidentiary phase. Starting with, but not limited to an extraordinary document dump at the San Diego office that was one of the offices O’Keefe and Giles exposed, causing the firing of a single employee.
On October 1, California Attorney General Jerry Brown, who once again aspires to be the state’s governor, announced that he was investigating not just ACORN in California, but also the truth tellers who exposed the alleged corruption and illegality.
Last night, I hosted a three-hour show on KFI 640 AM, the largest radio station in the country, and use the opportunity to announce the existence of 20,000 deeply sensitive and highly political documents discovered in the dumpster behind ACORN in San Diego on October 9, nine days after ACORN was announced to be under state investigation.
Some might call that “obstruction of justice.”
Listen to the entire interview with the private investigator who filled his Suburban with the documents in the following audio. It is explosive radio that hopefully shows the proper authorities that ACORN is making a mockery of this country’s laws and judicial process.

We are a nation of laws. The Attorney General of California and the attorney general of the United States have made a solemn oath to uphold these laws. Attorney General Holder and Attorney General Brown are arguably the two most powerful law enforcement officers in the country.
We are willing to facilitate copies being sent of all the documents recovered from the public dumpster outside the ACORN office and forward these to Attorneys General Brown and Holder. There are reasons ACORN dumped these documents before the scheduled visit by Brown’s office. The question millions want to know, now that ACORN has again brazenly mocked our nation’s laws: Will Holder and Brown do their jobs?

Though it is well known that I detest all things lawyerly, I must admit to giggling like a little girl at the prospect of ACORN being hammered into nothingness on the anvil of the law. If any organization deserves it, ACORN does.

If the Government wont do anything, it is high time the people took back the country and bring justice to the people.

I would like to agree with you. However, it is simply amazing how my very smart and educated friends can simply brush aside the ACORN scandle, as they do with other irregularities of the current adminstration and Congress. It seems that many prefer to be numb, rather than have to deal witht the serious problems and corruption we have allowed to fester in our current government.

There is a whole rogue's gallery of politicians running for re-election and election that are ACORN defenders like Jerry Brown. And, of course they split right down party lines. Nothing sums up the corrupt state of the Democrat party than its defense of the indefensible.
ACORN is now synonymous with election fraud and gross corruption and the public fully understands that. The Democrats are idiots to think that they can escape being painted by that brush. They either denounce ACORN or pay for their hubris and lack of ethics at the polls.
Brown has made a very bad choice.

I hope those documents are safe and that copies exist already. Here is what will happen next: A suponea and search warrant will be issued to confiscate the documents which will then be "reviewed" by the states attorney. Nothing or at the best, something minor will be found inappropriate in them.
In the mean time, Big Government and A Breitbart will be found guilty of obstructing justice and possible extortion. Those charges will then lead to Liable and Slander by Acorn directly AFTER they claim you stole the documents.

This (document dump discovery) is a potentially devastating shot fired across the bow of yet another Ship of Corruptocrats, The SS-Acorn.
Last night's radio show broadcast (Andrew on am 640 Los Angeles) was a highly effective venue of introducing the newest, explosive information dump discovery. Why?. . .time to rollout all the points and discuss events, discoveries, and what next — more time to inform vs a quick tv news show segment.
Why not blitz the radio markets to get the buzz out on this latest evidence discovery and gain the ear of those who prefer their information from radio news shows? Maybe enough disgruntled Americans left to start directly requesting answers from Holder, Brown, and the rest of the "See, Hear, Speak – No Evil" crowd.
Additionally, many of the radio shows reach the folks who might not have as much time to spare to watch tv or view internet.

You put it in print in front of them – they cover their eyes and talk about Who's Dancing with Washed-Up Stars Survivor.
You ask them a question – they change the subject.
Most of them, I really think, are doing it because they don't want to admit they made a mistake in supporting and voting for this corrupt bunch.

The employee's of ACORN seem to be well versed in criminal culture, wouldn't that be an interesting story if ACORN was stealing CC numbers from the poor and using them for, oh I don't know, giving donations to Democrat candidates, like Obama?
Remember that, Obama had tons donations that could not be explained via CC, now that would take an organized effort, and organization that had access to certain information and was well versed in fraud techniques.
It might be interesting to correlate cases of identity fraud with names on those documents, especially the Obama angle, it would not surprise me at all if ACORN would take information, you know to help the poor, and then turn around and sell it or use it, for the greater good I mean (LMAO)

RedDirtReport.com and Oklahoma.watchdog.org have access to thousands of documents left by ACORN in an Oklahoma City office in the summer of 2008. These documents are chock full of damning evidence, at least 2 OK Reps. know about it and to my knowledge there are still no indictments. Rep. Mike Reynolds is still "carefully contemplating" his next step.
I wish he would come out swinging and save the contemplating for while the dust settles.
